Waterfront 4 Bedroom Bayside Home with Boat Dockage & Short Walk to the Beach

Rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath professionally remodeled home with an outdoor shower located on Channel Buoy Rd in the Caine Keys neighborhood on a quiet dead end street. Great for family fun, bring your boat, jet skis, paddleboards and kayaks. Use our brand new 60' bulkhead with lower step off for easy in and out. Short paddle to the bay. Don't forget your bicycles. Concrete waterside patio is 15' by 28'. Channel Buoy Rd(111 st) is convenient to beach, restaurants & stores. Xfinity service along with fast WiFi. Living room has a 65" TV with soundbar & subwoofer(BlueTooth enabled), master bedroom has a 50" TV(WiFi) and 2nd bedroom has a 42"TV(WiFi) so sign in for your Netflix or other provider accounts. Also for your entertainment is a Multicade Arcade table for 2 players as well as a table top MegaTouch game system (see photos).
Short walk to the beach with Tiki bar restaurant for snacks or a meal, ice cream store and an arcade including bathrooms for your use. Other close restaurants include Green Turtle, Tugos, Bull on the Beach, Liquid Assets, Kirbys, Lombardis & Laytons Breakfast. Acme and Foodline are close by. Northside park is on 125th street.

Rental agreements will only be entered into with adults 25+ years of age or older - NO exceptions - the person(s) signing the agreement must be 25+ years of age or older and must remain on the premises during the rental agreement period - NO substitutions of individuals allowed. We do not rent to groups for High School Senior week (or to other groups who are all under the age of 25yrs). Please feel free to call us for more information.

Amazing bayside house

The house was just like the photos. We loved being right on the water so we could take out our paddle boards and kayaks, and lots of fishing! It was a great location for us, a short walk to the beach! The house was very clean when we got there and it had everything we needed for a great week! The owner was super easy to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation House

This was an amazing house. Perfect for bringing our boat and kids. Everything was immaculate, exactly as shown. Great location on water and street. Owners couldn't have been more helpful and very responsive. Only downside was the camera's felt a little invasive. But, overall BEST place we've stayed in years! Can't wait to come back!!

Kim, Glad you enjoyed our beach house. Sorry about the cameras, this is our first year renting. The cameras are for security only and can be turned on and off easily from within the house at your discretion. In the future, we will add instructions in the house tips brochure. Spacious and Family Friendly

Our family of 7 had a great stay. The open floor plan made family meals and game night enjoyable and pleasant. Sitting on the back patio in the evenings and enjoying the quiet time on the canal made for a relaxing week. The house is very clean, the beds very comfortable and the two large bathrooms made it that much more enjoyable considering we had five ladies that needed to get ready each day. Communication with the owner was quick and pleasant and he seemed genuinely interested in making sure that we had an enjoyable experience. We hope to be back again next year.

We had a great time at this house. The fenced in backyard was great for our family since we travelled with a 3 year old. The house is beautiful and spacious, the hosts were responsive and very helpful! We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

From the moment we stepped foot in the door this home felt so welcoming. The open layout is perfect. The house is extremely clean and has many new upgrades. My family absolutely loved taking our floats into the bay and just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful patio. The walk to the beach took about 10 minutes with our family. Communication with the owner was always a positive experience. We had a family with 6 adults and 4 kids and this house was more than big enough. The arcade games were also a big hit with the kids and adults. We will definitely stay here again!

Great time!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was perfect for us!! Having the patio for cookouts and just hanging out was great and the fenced-in backyard was perfect for the kids! Loved being able to keep the jet ski in the water there and it was so nice being able to walk out and just hop on the jet ski or paddle board. Also, very nicely furnished home with tons of room and lots of extras provided by host. Everyone enjoyed the game table and the game screen in bar!! We look forward to staying here again!!

Great Family House

We had an amazing stay at the Bay Breeze Bungalow. This house is made for families. The house was clean, quiet, and spacious. We loved using the outdoor area for family dinners and it felt very safe with the fenced in yard for our one year old to run around in. The street was very quiet and the breeze from the bay made even the hottest days enjoyable. We had so much fun playing the games at night. Roger was very responsive and helpful. The walk to the beach was short and the sunsets at the end of the block were amazing. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beach getaway

Overall we had an amazing experience at this property! The house was perfect to accommodate our group and the back yard was everything we wanted for late night games and dinner togethers. The only issue we had was that while we were told to bring our own bedding, we were not instructed to bring other necessities that would not be provided (towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, etc.) we did not mind having to supply it but it was inconvenient that we were not told we would have to. Overall we had an amazing week and the house and location suited our needs perfectly! Would definitely recommend!

My friends and I loved staying at this property. The home is very spacious and great for groups. We spent a lot of time in the backyard which was well maintained and enjoyable for lounging. We really had fun on the touch screen game system. The beds were super comfortable and the carpets in the bedrooms seemed brand new. The owner was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. Would stay again!
