Discover the Lucy Chalet - CHALETS LES BICHES, a modern and elegant accommodation nestled in the heart of the Ballons des Vosges Natural Park, near Gérardmer.

This spacious 240 m² rental is perfectly suited for families and groups of friends, offering an idyllic setting close to hiking trails and ski slopes, while remaining peaceful;

The chalet has 5 comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate up to 14 people, with a flexible layout including 4 queen-size beds and 6 single beds. The 3 bathrooms, including 2 with showers, 1 with a bathtub and 1 independent toilet, ensure optimal comfort for all occupants.

The fully equipped kitchen will delight cooking enthusiasts, with its ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, and many accessories such as a fruit press, toaster, raclette appliance, and a kettle. Three televisions are also available for moments of relaxation.

The chalet is heated by electric radiators and a wood stove. A fireplace starter kit is provided for the first fire. We can offer you wood net bags for sale. A package of 250Kw is planned for a weekend and 450Kw for a week, allowing comfortable but responsible use of the chalet.

The outdoor spaces are equally attractive: a 25 m² terrace, a barbecue, and garden furniture allow you to fully enjoy outdoor moments. The chalet has a shared petanque court for the 3 chalets, a private spa. The chalet also offers an outdoor parking lot with 5 spaces.

Relaxation enthusiasts will appreciate the 16 m² private heated pool open from May to September and heated from May 20 to September 15. The private spa, perfect for recharging after a day of activities, is accessible all year round. A children's corner with board games is also provided, making the stay pleasant for the whole family. A game room with billiards and table football promises beautiful evenings.

Finally, a complimentary "escape game" is available in the chalet, allowing you to occupy rainy afternoons for both children and adults.

Located near many attractions, the chalet offers easy access to Gérardmer, ski slopes, and various points of interest such as Lake Gérardmer, restaurants, and local attractions. An ideal destination for a vacation.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren in einer großen Familien Gruppe dort. Es war sehr schön. Das Haus ist toll und man kann sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter sehr gut beschäftigen.

Chalet de qualité mais annonce Abritel à travailler

Attention, rien ne l'indique sur Abritel, mais le chalet fait partie d'un ensemble de 3 bâtiments dont 2 chalets jumelés A l’arrivée, la personne chargée de l'accueil s'est présentée plus D'UNE HEURE APRÈS NOTRE APPEL Les photos de l'annonce ne représentent pas la réalité : - ne montrent pas le vis-à-vis - montrent une terrasse qui n'est pas celle du chalet "Lucy" mais celle des chalets jumelés voisins - idem pour salle de jeu et salon Parfois proche de l'omission volontaire d'infos : - piscine : collective certes mais se situe sous les deux chalets jumelés (24 personnes). Accès à la piscine non facilité pour les occupants du chalet Lucy, le règlement intérieur limitant de plus l'accès à 10 personnes max dans la piscine, inaccessible après 21h - salle de sport : se situe carrément DANS l'un des chalets voisins, au choix donc : ne pas en profiter, ou avoir l'impression de cambrioler vos voisins Autres points négatifs : - Avons voulu brancher une crêpe party, les plombs ont sauté à plusieurs reprises : prévoir des rallonges pour pouvoir brancher ailleurs - Confort des 3 lits d'appoints médiocres - Apparition d'un monsieur peu aimable dimanche matin qui vide le Jacuzzi dès 10h alors que la reservation dure jusqu'a 14h et gueule si vous n'avez pas encore nettoyer l'exterieur Points positifs : - Superbe vue - Logement propre bien entretenu - Jacuzzi top Superbe week end entre amis, mais pas grâce aux infrastructures. Heureusement voisins super aimables

Bonjour, Je vous remercie pour cet avis même s'il n'est pas ce que nous attendons de la part de nos clients. À lire l'ensemble des commentaires que vous postez, je comprends que vous êtes un client souvent mécontent mais vos remarques méritent d'y porter une attention particulière afin que nous n'ayons plus d'insatisfaction. Je tiens toutefois à préciser que vous avez certainement du survoler l'annonce puisqu'il est bien mentionné que la piscine est commune, et en revanche, il n'est mentionné nulle part un accès à la salle de sport, puisqu'il ne correspond pas au chalet que vous avez loué. Concernant l'électroménager qui fait sauter l'électricité, il aurait été utile que vous m'en informiez lors de votre séjour, nous aurions pu régler rapidement le problème. Quant à votre arrivée, vous avez pu vous installer et profiter de votre chalet le temps de mon arrivée. Je gère plusieurs chalets et il m'est difficile de faire toutes les entrées en même temps et c'est la raison pour laquelle nous vous donnons le code de la boîte à clefs et que nous vous laissons vous installer et profiter du chalet en attendant mon arrivée. Je comprends votre problème de fond et nous allons faire de notre mieux pour réparer cela. Belle continuation à vous
