Newly decorated private secluded waterfront boathouse, with a large balcony & outstanding views of the Intracoastal Waterway.

Enjoy the peace & quiet of this unique location, walking distance to local amenities, including Indian Shores landmark bar and restaurant "Caddy's Waterfront Dining" . Caddy's Waterfront Dining is famous for having the best fresh seafood, live music and amazing service. Enjoy a meal and drinks while you watch the boats go by.

The space

The large kitchen is designed for cooking a great meal while still enjoying your get away. In each room there are two large queen size beds, dressers, a large flat screen TV, large walk in closets. The living area has comfortable furniture, a dining area and another large flat screen TV. The large balcony is ideal for relaxing as a group and watching the sun go down. There are boat rentals next door.

*Pet policy* We can accept 1 small dog that weighs 35 pounds or less in this rental with paid non-refundable pet fee. Any other requests must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; Pet is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, or the beach. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unapproved pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

The unit was very clean, the beds comfortable and the location enjoyable. The pictures and description don’t do it justice, we would definitely stay here again.

Best friends thanksgiving trip

Great location! Spacious apartment with no neighbors to worry about. Great balcony deck and numerous dolphin sightings in the intercoastal! Perfect jumping off point for enjoying the area. 2 minute walk across the street to the beach or next door for drinks at caddy’s!

Perfect location and beautiful property

This was a wonderful stay and we’d 100% stay again. Total blast being above the rental shop and loved having a restaurant next door. Clean, comfy, loved it! Only feedback was that the provided lawn chairs, umbrella and beach cart were either missing, broken, or rusted through, and our only plans were to sit on the beach. We couldn’t reach the host via the app, and we were told they couldn’t help us over the phone since not an emergency and it was a holiday weekend. But after multiple attempts reached the property management company via email and they were quick to respond once we sent a photo of what we found for equipment and they were very apologetic. We had chairs within 20 mins of them seeing my email. Great stay tho and will totally stay again!
