About this property

This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom "Eco Village" townhome is only steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. The open layout and split floor plan make it inviting for larger families and groups. The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, and the bathrooms are all new as well. Off the huge great room you can enjoy with front view with a partial Gulf View. The master bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. At this time there is a Television only in the living room. High speed WiFi is available throughout. A full size washer and dryer is located right in the unit.
The ground level consists of garage space while a flight of stairs will bring you into the main living space on the second floor. Located in a unique, small, development with focus on energy efficiency each townhome having it's own solar panel. It's is only steps away from the Gulf of Mexico, Caddy's on the Beach, Sweet Brunette coffee shop and many other dining and shopping options.

Great location

We loved the location! So convenient to John’s Pass and restaurants in Madeira. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and the beds and couches were comfy. The kitchen is well stocked which is great because we cooked at home a lot. There is also a seafood market just down the street with great prices and great quality seafood! The only thing I would let other travelers know was that it is a busy street and very loud. It is fine inside but annoying on the porch. The other thing is that the property is pet friendly and there was dog hair on the couch when we arrived. Other than that, it was completely clean. It’s on me that I didn’t pay attention to the fact that it was a property that allowed pets. I am sure the property manager would have taken care of it, if we had mentioned it. They were excellent in responding quickly and very accommodating. It was a great value, great location and we would stay there again!

Madeira Beach

Had a fun trip! Town villa was perfect for our family of 5 and dog! The villa was very clean & comfortable! Kitchen had all the essentials for us to cook are daily meals! Having access to washer, dryer was clutch! Access to the beach & boardwalk was super convenient ! The garage was perfect to fit our 4 runner & Tacoma! Overall was a great place for our family to stay

Beach house review

Master bedroom has a queen bed, not a king bed. It’s advertised as a king bed. Living room tv has 6 remotes. Very confusing to connect it to the Spectrum Cable which we were never able to do. AC unit has issues on day one and had to be serviced on day 2 so we were very very hot the first day and night. Overall, loved the house and the location. Would stay there again.

This was our first year staying with TRS; the second year in one of these houses. We love the location and the entire set up of the rentals! The tandem garage makes for a great place that our teenage boys to hangout in the evening or for the occasional rainy day the adults played putter ball. A washer/dryer is a must for me and this floor plan is perfect for our family.
