Top floor, 3rd floor (no overhead noise), in this quiet condo complex which provides the best views in the entire community! Our building is at the FRONT of the community providing the closest possible location to the pool and to the beach access. Very relaxing and private!

Sunset Beach is on Santa Rosa Island, Navarre Beach. Condo is in a relaxed condo community with all new quality furnishings and upgraded technology to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The condo is private on the third floor directly overlooking Gulf Blvd with unobstructed 180 views of the Gulf, Santa Rosa Sound and down Gulf Blvd! Also directly overlooking the community Pool!. We chose the name Sunset Beach because you have gorgeous sunset views every night, year round. Beach access is directly across the street to uncrowded, white sands, and emerald water. An easy walk to Navarre Beach fishing pier - Florida's longest pier. Several restaurants; Beach House Bar & Grille, Windjammers On The Pier, Broussard's, Sailors Grill, & Juana's Pagodas are also within walking distance. Navarre Beach is located close to Pensacola & Fort Walton Beach. Avoid the traffic in other beach towns but still be able to enjoy what they have to offer. Relax and unwind on Navarre Beach – Florida’s most relaxing beach!

Our condo has all brand-new kitchen appliances, granite countertops, floors/carpet, paint and window blinds throughout. The decor is NEW, inviting, fresh & beachy. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with premium mattress with access to the patio & private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a full over full bunk bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. There is a shared bathroom. All rooms have new Roku smart TV's giving you access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime & cable channels. Gigabit high speed internet / WIFI! The living area is a spacious open floor plan with patio and bar access. Washer & dryer in condo. Fully stocked kitchen. Beach wagon, chairs, beach towels, pack n' play available for your use. There are 4 charcoal grills in a green space on property. We also own 5 star Sunny Beach #1341183 if you would like to check additional reviews or availability for family and friends. Vrbo 1341183. We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 packet of dishwasher soap. Guests are responsible for any other supplies.

Navarre beach condo

Property was in a great location on bay side but took two mins to walk to the beach. Close to everything and has all the amenities!!! Would definitely rent again, great family vacation spot!

The overall condo was clean; floors, bathrooms, windows. The couch was torn up, bath towels are pretty thin. The location/balcony was perfect to watch the sunset. The pool and pool bathroom were kinda lacking. The pool must not have a very good filter and the bathroom was not always the cleanest. We did enjoy our stay.

Week at the beach

Very nice condo although the pictures made it appear much larger. Owner provided everything that was needed. Very quiet property with beach access across the street. Would stay here again.

Island Bliss

Our trip was perfect! We kept it simple with beach days, pool time, sand play and ice cream treats. We absolutely loved the sand bar and walking the pier. We saw three huge sea turtles while at the pier! Our favorite spots for treats were the Twisted Cone and Paradise Donuts. Yum! It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. Very family friendly. Our condo was immaculate upon arrival. The property managers, Stacy and Shaun, were prompt in all correspondence and clearly cared for their property and had concern for the guests staying. The only slight hiccup we encountered which to be fair is probably because we visited off season and staff shortage due to the pandemic were tricky restaurant hours and lack of options for pick up orders. We struggled to find seating availability (without a reservation) and were not able to find pick up options either. A tiny hiccup as we had plenty of groceries! Overall, this beach is very family friendly, slower paced, beautiful landscapes, and we had an excellent stay at our cozy condo! The beach was just a short walk across the street and the sandbar was on the backside of the condo. Thank you Stacy and Shaun for a perfect stay!! We will be back!!

WOW just WOW

WOW. This condo is/was fabulous. This was our first time staying in Navarre, and we absolutely loved it. The views (beach and the sound) is outstanding. I was amazed at how comfortable all the beds were, yes even the bunk beds! It had everything we could have needed (beach toys, beach towels, and much more). Right before the trip, my niece broke her elbow and we ended up bringing her and her cousin on the trip. It was perfect, as they stayed in the bunk bed room. Convenient walk over to the beach, a walk down the stairs and you are at the pool! My sister usually stays in PCB, and my husband and I are usually in Miramar, this was a nice change to both. So relaxing and perfect! Did I mention the hosts?!? They are fantastic! I came home telling everyone about Navarre and specifically this condo! Thank you for a fabulous trip!

Perfect across from the beach condo!

This condo was perfect for our families. It was across the street from the beach, which made it more affordable. But the location was perfect. You have views of the sound and ocean from the balcony and it is an open lot next to the complex. The condo has everything you need for the beach including a wagon and chairs. It is cozy, well decorated and the beds are very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

This new to market fully renovated condo is a must for Navarre Beach! Unobstructed views of the beach from most rooms and views of the Santa Rosa Sound. The sunsets are breathtaking from the balcony and master bedroom as the sun sets over the sound nightly! The beds are all comfortably outfitted with new mattresses and linens! All of the light fixtures have been updated a big plus when getting ready or cooking dinners with the new kitchen appliances. We have stayed at another unit on this property owned by these gracious host. They are very easy to work with not some large property company! The views out the kitchen window look right down to the pool as well. This will come in handy when our kids get a little older! We can prop open the window and talk right down to them at the pool. Each room is also outfitted with a new smart TV. The fast internet allowed us to login to our Netflix account and steam shows for our 4 year old in the bunk room! The bunk room has a sweet setup with a gaming chair and hookups for any gaming system. I would argue that this unit is the prime unit on this property! Don’t pass this one up. We used to love staying on 30a but Navarre Beach has won our heart with how relaxing it is!

Super nice, fully renovated condo!

No need to look any further, this condo is a must! You cannot beat the views of this place. From entering you will feel like you are right at home with everything you need for your stay. All the furniture/furnishings appliances are brand new. Super short walk to the beach which is always nice! We enjoyed not having to bring our own beach chairs, towels, wagon and beach toys. Being able to see the pool from the condo is nice if you have older kids! Can’t leave out the nice vitamix that is provided for smoothies and margaritas! The balcony is very welcoming with the perfect view of the sunsets.. outdoor lighting provides an extra nice ambiance! Take my word for it and book now! You will not regret this condo for your beach vacation.
