Tidewater Beach Resort is a first class resort on the world's most beautiful beaches, the only resort that is 30 stories tall on the Florida panhandle. Tidewater Beach Resort is a Gulf front condo with Sugar White Sandy Beaches and Crystal Clear Waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Once you are here you won't have to leave a truly self-contained resort. Please note: we DO take Visa and Master Card! Enjoy our 636 ft. of beach or swim in one of our two 4200 sq. ft. Free-form Pools. We also have a heated indoor pool for winter and rainy days. East pool and ice cream/sandwich shop on the east side.

Perfect location- condo needs updated- elevators are horrible

Property is in perfect location- walking distance to shops, fishing and right on beach. Great view from 9th floor balcony. Condo was clean- with exception of dust build up on ceiling fans- we got showered with dust when we turned them on. Unit needs updated. Washer/drier combo probably needs replaced, lint trap was broken and drier door is hard to close. Someone was doing room construction a few floors above us and we was woken early in mornings by jackhammering sounds from above. Check in was simple and fast after pre-registering online. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beach clean. Elevators were horrible. Wait times extravagant and it is not even full blown vacation season yet. 2 elevators were out of service the entire week making it worse. With 30 stories it was hard to catch an elevator not too full to catch a ride up or down. With weekly rent as high as it is- it shouldn’t be an issue to keep elevators running or to update as needed. Overall- with a little updating and better elevators and elevator upkeep we had a great stay. We love visiting area and have stayed at tidewater 3 times now for the proximity of things to do and great beach access.

Will not go back to this huilding

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Need more elevators. Terrible wait time. No one follows the rules. Security can’t enforce. Smoking. Smoking marijuana. Little Kids crowding up the hot tubs. As far as the condo it was great except for the mattress. Mattress needs to be replaced.
