While we understand how frustrating the air conditioning issue was, we would like to clarify that it was not reported to our team until after it had already been occurring for some time. Once we were notified, we immediately dispatched a technician and the issue was resolved within a few hours. We were also concerned to hear about the pest concerns you described. Had this been reported during your stay, we would have gladly investigated and taken appropriate action. Guest comfort is extremely important to us, and we take reports like these seriously.
