The apartment is located on the first level of a condominium made up of two buildings separated by garages and private parking lots. The charm of Châtel is its absence of a large building and retaining its authentic village appearance. the resulting drawback is the distances between the center and the different districts. Our apartment is ideally located for accessing the ski lifts on foot (barbossine 500m and or super chatel 700m summer / winter), but also in the village center (450m), the aquatic center (1000m).

The ski resort is divided into two main parts: the "historic" village, which houses most of the shops, and Le Linga, which has many more residences, more oriented towards the sporting side and less towards the authentic aspect.

The village has undoubtedly more charm, and it is here that you can taste the many Savoyard specialties (sausages, cheeses, wines ...) through a number of small shops and restaurants. Please note, however, that traffic can at times be quite dense on the main road: Our apartment is "in the village", away from major roads.

In summer and winter, enjoy most of the activities on foot.
