Unsuitable as self catering accommodation

This is a room in a flat, operating as a hotel with one room. Self catering in the garden to a horrible standards. You have to clean it yourself if you want a decent place to sit and have your meals. The promised seaview is for the host as you are not allowed to venture into the living room. So no sea view. Curtains are closed meaning darkness as you enter teh flat to go to your room. when the host is not at home. No parking as promised initially. The description of the property changed as you are bound not to get what you pay for. I don't recommend this place.

Ruhe nach der Hektik

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Vermieterin bietet in ihrer Wohnung ein schönes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, Terrasse, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher. Alles ist sehr sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Sehr gutes Internet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war wirklich nett und ungezwungen. Man sah sie nur beim Durchqueren der Wohnung zum Ausgang. Es gibt eine sympathische alte Katze. Die gepflegte und ruhige Wohnanlage liegt in den Hügeln in einem Vorort von Nizza. Zentrale Lage für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Es gibt ein schönes Schwimmbad, das wenig genutzt zu werden scheint. Einziger Mangel, nur deswegen keine fünf Sterne, ist der sehr weite Weg zum Parken, es war oft schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu finden, in der Anlage sogar unmöglich.
