Spacious living room and kitchen area with laminate flooring. Ocean side covered front porch with rocking chairs and an additional deck in the back with a charcoal and gas grill. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Small fenced back yard. Covered parking for two cars with additional parking in the driveway of the front and back with entrances from both Beach Drive and Dolphin Drive.

great beach stay

it was cold in April, but this house would be perfect for a summer trip if you like the beach. close to ocean, easy layout, well stocked kitchen, good mattresses and a casual island vibe with groceries and restaurants in bicycle distance.

Wonderful

This was our first Vrbo. The place was exceptionally clean! Our dogs loved the fenced yard! It was great being a short walk to the beach. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Perfect for pet owners

The house was perfect! Well stocked and very clean. The dog run for our 2 Shelties was the BEST! Great location. We are building a home at OKI so we were there on business and had a few hours on the beach each day! We will come back soon!

Nice property convenient to beach and short hop to retail & restaurants. Nice dog yard for safe & easy recreation and potty. Great shed with games & beach gear!

"Out of the Blue" Stands Out!

"Out of the Blue" was the perfect weekend place for us and our dogs! The property was clean, beds were comfortable, beach access was easy, and the rocking chair sunset views were amazing! The fenced pet area with direct access from the back deck was a huge bonus! Check in/out was so easy. We loved our stay and would definitely choose this property again!
