Newly remodeled beach condo in a fantastic location in downtown Polson across the street from Flathead Lake.

Enjoy stunning views from every room and watch the sun set on the lake each evening. Three of Polson's premier lakeside parks are step away.

You will have access to an easy to use public boat ramp around the corner and ample boat parking spots near the condo. There's fishing off the docks just down the hill. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and the theater as well as most events held in Polson.

The parks offer walking trails, places to picnic and grill, throw a frisbee, swim, enjoy water sports or just relax and read a book or visit with friends and loved ones. You will find a water sport rental center just a close walk down the trail past Riverside park and can rent most anything that can be used on the water there.

Flathead Lake Vacation

Perfect spot right on lake and across from the parks on the lake walk. Clean, very well stocked with everything you’d need. We had a little trouble figuring out the keypad code ( our fault, not the hosts) they were immediately available and helped us figure it out.really a great place.

Great Property

We had a great stay here. It was extremely clean and had everything we could need and more. The desc says three bathrooms - only two but that was fine by us. The keypad to unlock the door was squirrelly but the managers were quick to respond and offer an alternative. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic experience with Tracey & Craig’s condo. The pictures were very accurate to the space, it’s directly across from the lake and all the instructions for checking in/checking out were clearly laid out and very easy to follow. We felt that the communication prior to arriving was excellent. They responded quickly to questions, provided updates on our stay well in advance of our arrival and really made sure that we were able to get the most out of our stay. We had no problems with the amenities and really felt like it was a home away from home. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Good stop on the way to Glacier National Park.

We spent two nights here prior to traveling north to visit GNP. The condo was very nice. The host was very responsive. Great location near the water and walking to downtown. Our only issue with the condo was we never really figured out how to cool down the second bedroom. The cold air from the kitchen and master bedroom a/c units never really reached that room. I would definitely stay here again though if traveling through the area again.

Wedding week

The condo was just as described, beautifully decorated and outfitted for anything you might need. The generous room sizes made it comfortable to have family over for dinner. It was our daughters's wedding weekend and we were spread out making lanterns, welcome bags, etc. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, and the lake.

The property says it fits 6 people, but there are only two beds and apparently a futon that fits one. It's a lovely place, but it should advertise as a 4-person. You also have to do all of the cleaning yourself, so you might as well just stay in a hotel. I didn't have time to do anything, so I just didn't use the garbage can and used only one bed. They charge a cleaning fee, so it's a waste.

I was raised on a small corn and soybean farm in Indiana where my family still resides. After spending 8 enlisted years in the Air Force, I made my way to Montana and have now called it home for over 30 years. When I am not working you can find me caring for our numerous pets, shuttling my teenage daughters to activities, in the garden or at a Griz game.

My wife, Tracey, is a native Montanan who grew up in Polson, MT on Flathead Lake and returned to the area to be near her family and the lake, after pursuing her professional career in Portland, Phoenix, Indianapolis and Chicago in convention centers and with professional sports teams in stadiums and arenas.

We enjoy time boating and recreating on Flathead Lake in Polson with friends and family as well as the many concerts, events, hiking and outdoor activities in Missoula. We feel very blessed to have the best of both worlds between Missoula and Polson and are living what we consider the good life in our little corner of heaven.

While we enjoy the beauty and abundance of Western Montana, we also love to travel and visit friends and family across the country and abroad when we get the chance.
