ABOUT THE HOUSE

Enter your vacation home on the second level and step inside the open-
concept living area, where a wall of windows provides abundant natural
light. Settle onto the six-seat sectional and two accent chairs, and watch your
favorite shows on the 64” flat screen SMART TV. A half bath sits just off the
main living space.

Prepare home-cooked meals in a stunning grey-and-white kitchen with well-
stocked cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and center island seating for
two. A breakfast bar provides four chairs while the sleek dining table seats
six. Or dine al fresco on the sun deck, where a glass-top table with patio
umbrella seats six.

After dinner, enjoy evening cocktails on your private roof deck, where
whimsical string lights adorn the railing. A glass-top table with umbrella
seats six and cushioned wicker furniture provides seating for four.

Head to the third level, where your spacious master suite boasts a king-size
bed, walk-in closet, and 48” wall-mounted flat-screen SMART TV. Your en-
