Atelier K is a former workshop refurbished into independent urban lofts. Atelier K "The Loft" can accommodate from 2 to 5 people. It is classified 3 stars Furnished Tourism. Relaxation area in the summer. Home bikes very easy and secure. "The Loft" gives floor level in a large private courtyard and secure, very quiet and bright overlooking the Castle of Blois. Location in the historic heart of Blois. In the city center.

Relaxation area: sunny and shaded terrace with table and chairs, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi for two people. Possible access to the beautiful season from May to September, to enjoy moments of calm and relaxation. The relaxation area is independent of the courtyard and the rental.

Bikes: easy access to two pedal strokes of the Loire (200m), and storage of bikes or motorcycles in the large private and secure courtyard.

The Court: large private and secure courtyard in which gives the cottage on one level. The courtyard has sunny and shaded areas sheltered by a large fig tree and bamboo. The Atelier K "The Loft" cottage has a dedicated area with a small table with two chairs, and a large table with 6 chairs for lunch or dinner outside in the courtyard.

The hosts: we will be happy to share a moment with you and to advise you on the good plans of Blois, on the Chateaux and the vineyards of the Loire Valley. We have at your disposal guides, tourist maps, and ideas of leisure and visits.

Arrival from 16:00 - Departure at noon at the latest - Arrival and departure possible at any time.

The district: Arts district, historic and medieval, located between the Loire and the Castle, very touristy, rich in restaurants, pubs, art galleries and local crafts. Full city center. Close to the Loire. Close to the Château de Blois, the Saint Nicolas church, the House of Magic, the House of comics and the Museum of Natural History.
Very easy food supplies: a bakery and a pharmacy at 50m, 3 supermarkets within 4 minutes walk, local market on Saturday morning at 200m, laundry 200m.

Transport: Atelier K. is located less than 10 minutes walk from the Blois-Chambord train station. And from the bus station serving the Châteaux of Chambord, Beauregard and Cheverny, as well as the Zooparc de Beauval.

Very large free parking within 5 minutes walk.
Ability to approach the car in front of the cottage at any time to load and unload the business.
Parking possible very close to L'Atelier K. on the surface as well as underground, or very simple possibility of parking in the small surrounding streets.

Possibility of storing both wheels in the private and secure courtyard of L'Atelier K.

Atelier K "The Loft" is on one level, with no steps to access, easy access for strollers and people with reduced mobility.


Gîte L'Atelier K. - THE LOFT

The Atelier K. "The Loft" is an independent cottage which gives on one level in a large sunny and shaded courtyard overlooking the castle of Blois.

"The Loft" has 3 modern and spacious rooms, with high ceilings, all the comforts, parquet flooring, TV, wifi, coffee and tea.

The living room presents:
. A brand new fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, drawer oven, fridge, induction hob, extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle)
. A sitting area with sofa (convertible into double bed 160x200)

The master bedroom is open to the living room and has a double bed 140x200

The second bedroom has a sink and a 120x190 bed

The toilets are independent, accessible by the room of life.

The bathroom accessible by the master bedroom: walk-in shower, sink and hair dryer.

We provide sheets and towels.
Free laundry service / washing machine from the owner.

If you come with a baby, "Le Loft" has a cot, a baby chair and a baby bath.

Reception of people with reduced mobility (see series of photos):
"The Loft" is designed to accommodate people in wheelchairs. There is no step to access the Loft from the courtyard, and no steps inside the cottage. The doors are widened (entrance, toilets, bathroom), and the circulation spaces in "The Loft" are wide. The toilet and the bathroom (walk-in shower) have support bars. We also provide a plastic chair in the shower. In the kitchen, the oven is "drawers" and in the low position.

Outside area:
"The Loft" is on one level in a large private and secure courtyard, with sunny and shaded areas sheltered by a large fig tree and bamboo. "The Loft" has a dedicated area with a small table with two chairs and a large table with chairs (6) for lunch or dinner outside in the yard.

In this secure courtyard, it is particularly easy to store bikes and motorcycles.

The Atelier K has a second independent cottage, L'Atelier K "The Cube" which gives floor in the large courtyard and which can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
