Stargazing - Ocean Pointe is a great place to stargaze with minimal light pollution from our Balcony and the Beach.

National Geographic scenery from our Balcony with or without the binoculars we provide. You can watch birds or the flats boats that take fishing charters for fly fishing from our Balcony with the backdrop view of Tavernier Key that was once used as a fishing camp years ago.

BEDROOM & BATH The master bedroom has a King Bed (We are the only 1 bedroom unit in Ocean Pointe with a KING bed).Between the queen pullout sofa with a very comfortable memory foam mattress in the living room area this unit sleeps 3 total. One guest bathroom with a walk-in shower is stocked with a complimentary supply of premium starter shower amenities. In the bedroom, sleep soundly in a comfortable KING bed appointed with hotel-quality linens and watch your favorite shows on the 42" TV. OUTDOOR AREAS Conveniently located in the building closest to the pool area (This is the main reason we bought this unit!), your condo will have you within steps of a fun-filled day sipping cold drinks from the Mermaid Bar and hanging out by the Jr. Olympic size heated pool and 14 person bubbling Jacuzzi. For a day by the ocean, walk to the white-sand beach -- complete with loungers, a boardwalk leading to a charming gazebo at the end that is great for a nighttime moonlit romantic stroll. There are multiple BBQ grill areas on the property with picnic tables so get the hot dogs and hamburgers ready. Additional resort amenities include lighted tennis courts Pickleball, a fishing dock, fish cleaning station, kids playground, a private marina.
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS In-unit amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a New washer/dryer by LG Washtower, iron and ironing board. Unreserved parking is available for up to two cars in the parking area on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Your rental will is professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy. You can expect all the comforts of a fine hotel, including high end shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, linens and blow dryer. There will be a Local Area Tip Sheet with Dining Recommendations, Best Sunset Happy Hours, Best Overall Happy Hours with Tips that only Locals Know. Due to the size of the Marina and the restrictions imposed for boaters we are no longer taking reservations involving boats or boat trailers. If you need to rent a boat we have access to give you information on the least expensive boat rentals in the area.

All the common areas on the property have WIFI under "Ocean Pointe Public Wifi". We have a private secured FAST WiFi in the Condo with sign in info provided after booking.
