New luxury rental in the small village of Saint Maurice sur Eygues just 12 kms from Vaison la Romaine and 10 kms from Nyons.
The house enjoys a clear view facing Mont Ventoux. The latter built in 2014, has all the necessary equipment for your comfort such as air conditioning, internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, with a capacity of 6 people. You will also appreciate its terrace in the shade of its pergola and more particularly, its swimming pool of 8.5 m x 4 m with flat bottom (having a space whirlpool on the stairs) and reassured for the children. The latter is for your exclusive use (shared with no one else, you are the only residents on the property).
You will enjoy a very comfortable house, very intimate, not overlooked, clean and neat, not the owner.
The animals are accepted, the ground is entirely closed.
Reservations are only from Saturday to Saturday.

We loved this place. The house is well designed and comfortable with a lovely outside area and view of the surrounding vineyards and countryside. The village is very friendly and the surrounding area beautiful.

A relaxing week

We chose this villa mainly for the outdoor space, but were unable to enjoy it much during the cool weather in late September. Villa itself is small, modern and a great base for exploring the surrounding area. Found sofa and beds a little uncomfortable personally, but generally clean and well equipped. The owner is helpful and easy to contact. Location is on the edge of a lovely village. House is semi-detached, but felt very private. Ten minute drive to Nyons for supermarkets/restaurants etc.

Wunderbarer, ruhiger Rückzugsort

Wir haben die Tage in der Provence genießen können. Das Haus ist klein, aber es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unseren Kindern war das Internet "nicht stabil genug" Das Highlight war der große Garten samt Pool, der schon Anfang April genutzt werden konnte. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt - ideal für Hunde - und nicht einsehbar. Im Ort hat es einen kleinen Bäcker. In 10 Minuten Entfernung mehrere Supermärkte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette location; la maison est charmante, le jardin très beau et la piscine, de bonne taille, donne sur un paysage superbe avec le Mont Ventoux. Cela aurait été parfait si l'une des deux chambres avait disposé de deux lits simples au lieu d'un grand lit (plus pratique pour les enfants) et si la cuisine avait disposé de quelques ustensiles complémentaires (une petite casserole, un économe, par ex), mais ce n'est qu'un détail.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce coin. A cheval sur la Drôme, l'Ardeche et le Vaucluse, ce gîte a un emplacement idéal pour découvrir la région. Nous avons découvert le chateau de Suze, Vaison la romaine et les splendides gorges de Toulourenc à moins de 20min. Nous avons également visité le pont du gard et les arrenes de Nîmes a à peine 1h de route... Quand au gite, il est propre, fonctionnel, lumineux et la piscine est très appreciée des petits comme des grands... le jardin est agreablement arboré : laurier rose, lavandes, vignes,etc... Aucun vis a vis et une vue superbe... je recommande ce gîte. Merci aux propriétaires sympathiques !

Bien accueilli par le propriétaire sympathique à notre arrivée. Personne à l’écoute de ses locataires. Ein schönes Häuschen mit wunderbarem Blick in die Landschaft, im hinteren Bereich des Gartens mit Sicht auf den Mont Ventoux. Ruhige Lage, wenn auch die umliegende Landwirtschaft hin und wieder hörbar ist. Gute Ausstattung und Aufteilung. Spaziergänge - oder auch ausgewachsene Wanderungen - rund um das Dorf sind unmittelbar möglich. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrrad- oder Motorradtouren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für die wichtigsten Dinge sind im Dorf (Boulangerie und ein kleines Geschäft) vorhanden. Beste Voraussetzungen für eine gute Zeit. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Mix aus Französisch und Englisch ging gut ...) tat sein Übriges dazu. Da werde ich bestimmt nochmal hin :-))

Un séjour exceptionnel

Je tenais à rédiger un avis sur cette location, ce que je ne fais jamais malgré nos nombreux voyages. Le gite est un écrin de tranquillité et de dépaysement : le grand jardin et la piscine avec vue sur le Mont Ventoux sont impressionnants. Les équipements sont modernes et largement suffisants pour ne manquer de rien (électroménager, grande TV, wifi, barbecue). Il est suffisamment spacieux et pratique pour se reposer dans les meilleures conditions. Sa localisation est elle également parfaite : en bout de route et donc très proche de prés et vignes, avec à proximité une rivière, dans un charmant petit village (disposant des petits commerces indispensables), suffisamment isolé tout en étant éloigné de rien. Que dire des environs? le mont Ventoux, les dentelles de Montmirail, Nyons, Vaison-la-Romaine, les vignobles (CDR, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Beaumes de Venise etc...). Nous sommes restés une semaine et nous avons énormément de regrets. Nous n'attendons plus qu'une chose : y retourner l'année prochaine profiter de la beauté de la région, de la praticité de ce gîte et de ses commodités.
