Our three bedroom condo can sleep up to six guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels. You will also have access to our front desk.

Manageable

Perfect space for our small group. Love the beach access was kind of far from the strip where we walked around mostly but easy to get to. The actual condo was not clean. My shower had hair in it. Everyone socks were white at the beginning of the day but dark gray before leaving the room. We started just wearing shoes around the house. We overall enjoyed our stay and would stay in the area again.

Pretty Good Experience

Place was cozy with a great beach view. Location was good. Could have been cleaner when we arrived (toe nail clippings in the floor, and used contact lenses left on counter. Lady at the front counter is super sweet and willing to help.

Very clean and convenient

Unit was updated and very clean. Smaller complex so easy to park and access elevators. Lounge chairs are not allowed at the pool, but there is a very nice lounge area by the pool with great views of the beach/ocean. There are a few tables/chair at the pool. We would stay there again.

Horrible experience

The unit we booked from pictures was switched the day before due to maintaince issues. We were told it would be a comparable room. The new room was disgusting. The decor hadn’t been updated since the 80’s. The couch had a big hole, the comforter in first bedroom was white print with a large yellow stain on it, there was hair In the shower and nail clippings ion the table. The entire unit was beat up with torn paper on wall and stains on door. It looked like the place hadn’t been touched for 20plus years for maintaince. It just gave off an icky feeling and we tried for over an hour to contact the main office but no one answered phone and no one was at property… this was at 4:00 pm so not late!we finally walked out and booked at another hotel. We actually had to book 2 hotels since it was last minute and we could not get a room for full length of stay. For the price of this place we anticipated much better!!!! It wasn’t like we chose the cheapest place to stay… in fact our other rooms were the same price and were 100% better although not on ocean. I have called since and left multiple messages and they have not been returned. Today I left another message with the only person they say can help me to get a full refund. Her voice mail says she will be on vacation until May1. I have never had an issue with any other VRBO property before but this was a huge bait and switch and very expensive situation for our family.

Perfect for a Family

Room 502 was Great!!! Updated and Clean. Great location and very easy to find. Never saw anyone at the front desk and there are no restaurants on site but locations is very close to lots of great food options. We would definitely stay again!!!!

The Palms Condo- Myrtle Beach

We made the condo as comfy as we could for the week we stayed. Cons: The washing machine was incredibly loud when in use and vibrated when on spin cycle; clothes dryer didn't work at all because the power knob was missing; one of the burners on the stove didn't work; the couches (and the throw pillows) are stained and need to be cleaned; behind the living room tv needs to be cleaned there was trash and debris back there; the latches on all three of the beach facing balcony doors do not work; The mattress in the owner's room is way too hard; Electric sockets around the condo were loose and did not hold plugs securely. PROS: A beautiful view of Myrtle Beach! Lots of sunlight and fresh air coming in. The location is great and near to all local family attractions. Overall, we spent our Christmas there and made the best of it, however, we will not go back to that condo.

Very nice finishes, but needs deep cleaning.

You can tell the condo has been renovated recently and they did a really nice job with all of the finishes. They could have done a much better job cleaning the place, the room with the queen size bed had a really bad smell and the guest ended up sleeping on the couch, and there were some areas that were neglected when it came to cleaning. Other than that, the place was nice and in a good location. Would stay again, but would bring a swifter wet mop and some air fresheners.

Great Place to Stay

Super easy check in. Very clean and amazing views/location. Parking was easy, centrally located and a nice pool/hot tub. The third bedroom really is just 2 twin beds tucked tightly in a small room without a tv. My only recommendations are to update the mattresses especially the master (it was terrible), add a few more kitchen items like a pot and a can opener, and a broom.

Everything was awesome

From check in to check out everything was great. The only thing I would change is there was only a limited amount of pots and pans for cooking. The condo was clean and had a great view on both balconies! Both indoor and outdoor pool were fun for the kids and adults after a long day on the beach. Beach access was easy! We will definitely be back!
