An Easy get away to Naples and all its amenities, or you can take I-75 and within a 30 minutes drive be in Fort Myers, Bonita Springs or Marco Island. This Key West style town home is just a couple feet from the main community pool. You can walk to dinning and shopping plazas nearby or the YMCA. Clam Pass Beach is only 3.4 miles and Naples Pier 8.6 miles from the home . The layout offers 3 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a small balcony, and laundry upstairs. The living-dining, half a bath, back porch and kitchen areas are downstairs. Enjoy your stay!

Christmas stay

We were lucky to find this rental after our first rental fell through. The location was perfect as it was close to family we were visiting. Maria was in touch immediately after booking & gave me all the information needed to check in/out. She was very easy to work with. The unit was very clean and the area was quiet even though the townhouses are packed in & there is a busy street close by. We also liked having a garage. The beds were ok but I’ve never had super comfortable beds at any rental 😀. The unit has 2 1/2 bathrooms which is great plus the half bath is on the main level. The only issue we had was there were several slats missing on the vertical blinds on the sliding glass door on the main level. This caused a big gap when we closed them at night so there wasn’t complete privacy. We found an extra sheet and hung it up over the gap each night but that was a pain. Again, this was the ONLY issue we had. We would rent this property again!
