Condo was even nicer than the online pictures showed. Lanai was large and sunny and the kitchen had everything we needed. Host was easy to reach and local contact was very helpful.

Needs some refurbishing but I've been told that is happening in the Spring.

I loved the layout of the condo. The furniture was comfortable. I was impressed how well stocked the kitchen was with utensils, pots, pans and serving dishes. The owners were very responsive to any question I had throughout the renting process.

Great condo, comfortable stay, super host.

A good match to what was presented and we were told by the owner. Well-prepared, clean, and fully functional. Accessible, cooperative home watch manager. Nice 4th floor southern view over a golf hole from LR and spacious lanai. In and out dining option. Two SmartTV’s w/ broad cable selection and subscription options, plus DVD player. Good size, comfortable Master bedroom and large en suite bath. Elevator efficient and always worked. Polite, competent security service at gate and on grounds at private golf club (we did not join). Host was remote but easily in touch and helpful. Five Stars - everything we wanted and expected. Highly recommended.

It was a very nice location. We enjoy our stay.t. The carpet needs to be replaced it’s very old. The

Carpet needs replacing. They did sidewalk repairs that caused my wife with a walker to walk through grass that was somewhat difficult for her. Didn’t plan on that.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry for the inconvenience caused by the construction. It has been difficult to get the condo area repaired after the hurricane, though it is much better now. We are planning to add a few upgrades in the future, including the carpet, hence why we set very reasonable rates. Glad you enjoyed your stay! Regards, Lou.
