Spacious 1600 square foot apartment newly renovated.
We are located in the Montcalm district boarded by the Plaines of Abraham.
Montcalm is part of a secure and quiet environment ideally located to explore our gorgeous city.

Popular and animated Cartier and Grande-Allée streets are situated near by.
The old city and its famous Petit Champlain are a few minutes away.

The apartment is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, micro wave, dishwasher, laundry cleaner and dryer.
There is tree rooms. One room comes with a queen size bed, one with a king size and one with a bunk bed that sleeps 2 persons.
You can also sleep 2 other people on the sofa bed.
There is an espresso coffee machine, a dinner table and a 56'' flat screen TV.
High speed Wi-Fi and NetFlix are included.
You will be impressed by the quality of the equipment.

A wonderful place for a family to stay. Have coffee on the balcony, run on the Plains of Abraham. Relax and make some meals to balance the poutine consumption.François is an excellent host. His helpful communication facilitated our viewing of several World Cup matches in well-equipped accommodations.

Very large, sunny, and well appointed. Live in Quebec as a local. Walk or ski (winter) on the Plaines d’Abraham. Get your croissants at the nearest coffee shop and fresh produce on rue Cartier. Come back to eat them on your own balcony (say hi to neighbours as they walk by). The apartment allows you to breath and slow down, to invite friends for supper, have French conversations at the long dinner table. These places were built for large familles:there is room for 6. The owner is nearby to help you navigate all that wonderful Quebec has to offer. On the practical: there is laundry machine, fully equipped kitchen, parking.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful city!

We had a lovely stay at Francois’ home. The home was very clean and well equipped. It was a short walk to parks and great restaurants. The walk downtown was a little longer but really beautiful and we did it several times.We appreciated our hosts recommendations and timely response. Highly recommend and will absolutely stay again.

This was our first VRBO in years - I was a little nervous, but everything was wonderful. Francois was professional and available, the apartment is clean and lovely and surprisingly huge - there was plenty of room for all 5 of us.

Nice property in amazing location. The only catch is parking (if you need it). It's a single lane driveway, so you have to coordinate with owner (who lives below) to get in and out. Otherwise a great apartment in one of the best neighbourhoods in Quebec.

Francois’ apartment was perfect for my family’s visit to Quebec City. You’re just a short drive or 15-20 min walk to Old Quebec City, 10 min walk to Musée national des beaux-arts, a massive park is the end of the street, there is a coffee shop/cafe a 5 min walk from the house, and plenty of excellent restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. The apartment itself has everything you need to be comfortable - nice beds, full kitchen with lots of coffee options, washer/dryer, and comfortable living and dining areas. The apartment was perfectly clean and access was easy. Fully recommend.

The place was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood with lots of available parking and only steps away from the National Historic Park (Plaines d'Abraham). Bus route nearby if you don't want to drive, plus electric bike rentals a couple of blocks away. Owner was communicative and helpful - definitely would stay here again.
