DIRECTIONS: From Hwy 35 at Saint John Paul Catholic Church, it's the fourth driveway on your left immediately after Rising Mountain Assisted Living. Apple & Google Maps may direct you too far down Coverdell Road—look for the large, sculptural metal mailbox and gravel driveway. Please drive slowly as there are nesting birds in the grass and gravel along the road, as well as a small, older dog who doesn't navigate well around moving vehicles.
PARKING: Park in front of any of the garage doors.
ENVIRONMENT: The guest apartment does not have AC. It is recommended to open the windows at night to let the cool air in and close them during the day to help keep the space cool.
PETS: Well-behaved dogs are welcome; please notify us in advance.

We loved our stay at Lee's place! It was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed! We hope to visit again someday! What a beautiful spot! Thank you again!!
Thank you, Lee! We both agreed we would definitely stay again next time we are in the area. Lee was very accommodating and the bed was super comfy. It was such a peaceful place to stay.
Lee’s property is the perfect place to stay in the Big Fork area. The property is large and peaceful, the studio has everything you need, the beds are amazingly comfy and Lee is the perfect host. Thanks for having us Lee!
Lee was amazing and very communicative with us as guests. The property was great and easy to find. The guest house was very cleanly and had all the amenities we could ask for! It was a great place for us to decompress after a week of long hikes!
Priory was roomy, clean and convenient to local attractions and restaurants. Lots of wildlife on the property at dusk and dawn. Fabulous views of the mountains and valley!
This was the fifth year my daughter and I stayed at this property and it remains one of our favorite places. Lee continues to be a gracious host and we look forward to hopefully returning next year!
Entire upstairs suite over garage is yours. Great feel on a very large property. About a quarter mile off the road and nice and private. Well worth a stay when you're near Flathead Lake. A couple of miles from Big Fork's small and quaint downtown which is on the lake.
Almost hate to leave positive review because we would like it to be our secret! Beautiful, clean, friendly, and so peaceful. Would have stayed a week if possible.
This is a very sweet property with thoughtful details to make your stay welcoming. We were fortunate enough to visit the metal workshop and see current projects and to get a quick peek in the glass gallery which were both really interesting. We are thankful to find this stay and would definitely return. Thank you Lee for having us!
Very clean and confortable. Host responded to our needs and questions with prompt curtious service.

About the host
Hosted by Lee Proctor
The 20 acre property was purchased to build my new studio that would accommadate glass working facility. Which would combine with the already existing metal facility, offering great possibilities to blend the two mediums. we work mostly on commission creating one of a kind site specific work as well as sculptural installations .
Why they chose this property
Following a vision I moved to Montana from the growing crowds of south Florida in 1975. I was completely taken with the pristine waters the unspoiled landscape and the dramatic change of the seasons. Built a log home near Bigfork started a metal shop and never looked back. A river runs through Bigfork and pours into the Flathead a world class lake the largest natural lake west of the Mississippi. There is abundant wild life here on the property, from deer and coyotes, to countless birds of prey like Great Horned Owls and bald eagles.
What makes this property unique
Being just minutes from the quaint mountain village of Bigfork, yet far enough out to have a private, rural feel. Great place to relax, take walks, or witness the processes involved in the studio. I enjoy sharing this wonderful property with others. Lee Proctor
