Entertaining will be a breeze as this condo offers an open floor plan that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room that leads out to a large balcony with an abundance of seating.

Nestled between private homes, this condo offers a secluded and hidden jewel along the coast of 30A. Located on the east side of the building, it provides a charming view of the wonderful homes that make up 30A.

Ready for the beach? Simply open your door to a beautiful atrium, take the elevator to the first floor, and step through the glass door to paradise. You'll find a pool, hot tub, and the emerald waters with sugar-white sand waiting for you. Talk about convenience!

Blue Mountain Beach Condo was great!

We loved staying at the Blue Mountain Beach condo. The condo was well furnished with nice comfortable furniture, a great patio and everything that you could need in the kitchen. We would highly recommend and hope to stay there again. The location was great! Pool and beach were very nice too!

This condo was everything we hoped it would be. It was very clean and well furnished. The short walk to the beach and complimentary beach chairs were a major plus as well. This property was exceptionally clean and just as described. Nicely stocked kitchen, great floor plan, tastefully decorated, and cozy furnishings. The property is in a great location & the owner was very responsive. From the main balcony you can see the ocean and the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful too. Easy to walk, bike, or drive to neighboring communities for further exploring. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here!

Perfect Location for our family!

We have wanted to visit 30A beaches for two years now and were delighted that we chose Blue Mountain to stay in. We enjoyed visiting the beaches we had read about like WaterColor and Sea Side but nothing compared to our quiet condo with the ocean all to ourselves! It was peaceful and beautiful exactly what we had hoped for. The Condo was very clean and Andree answered every call and text within minutes. She was incredible!

We loved our stay at Blue Mountain! All the great reviews about Andree’ & the property were true. She answered every question promptly from start to finish. I am a clean freak, and the condo itself was immaculate. When we went in mid-August, it was not crowded and there were other families with small children like us. Overall a fantastic location (on the beach) and atmosphere. We easily went back & forth from condo, pool, beach & back! Within 5–15 min drive you can find anything — restaurants, shopping, grocery, & more. We’ve been in the Destin area before and this is now our favorite spot!

We’ve stayed on 30A many times and this is now our favorite spot. Previous stays were in the Seagrove/Seacrest areas but after experiencing the much less crowded Blue Mountain area we will choose this end of 30A in the future. The condo was clean, modern and right on the beach. It was nice to be able to sit at the pool and still see and hear the ocean. The rental experience was also top notch. Andree communicated directly with me from the time of booking through our stay. And while we didn’t have any issues, I am confident that she would have taken care of us immediately if we had. I highly recommend SHVR.

Fabulous family beach vacation

My husband and I took our three young kids to 30a (which we do every summer). This was by far the most enjoyable trip yet. Blue mountain beach is a hidden gem, as is this specific condo building. The unit itself was beautiful, clean, and perfectly appointed for any beach traveler. We cannot wait to visit again:)

We opened a management company called Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. We are managing condos at Mainsail and the Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach along with condos in the Blue Mountain Beach area on 30a. We have been most fortunate to "hand pick" these properties and I think you will be pleased with our new additions.

We are not a large faceless corporation, marketing group or large impersonal rental agency. These are our second homes that we would like to share with you! Being frequent occupants as well as owners, we strive to make all the little details of our condos as home like and inviting as possible.
