The property has 6 large bedrooms, all with attached bathrooms, two additional guest bathrooms, a billiard room with pool table, two family rooms, formal dining room, three fireplaces, casual breakfast nook overlooking the ocean and reading area, along with a gourmet kitchen that will take your breath away. There is a working elevator that services all three floors and depending on the size of your vehicle, the garage can accommodate up to three to six vehicles.

The large home is comfortable and technology advanced to keep you warm at night and cool during the summer months, along with automated lighting and high definition TV’s, stereo/Pandora/Spotify/iTunes in each of the bedrooms and throughout the entire property along with an advanced exterior video security system.

Located on the much sought after Boardwalk-Peninsula of Long Beach, direct access to the beach and ½ block to the Bay makes this property equally enjoyable for both adults and small children to safely enjoy bike riding, kayaking, paddle boarding, wind surfing, gondola rides around Naples Island or just lounging. Walking distance to the popular 2nd Street where you will find many restaurants, shopping and night life to enjoy.

This home had everything we had hoped for, an incredible view of the ocean, beach front for easy access to the water, safe and quiet neighborhood, well decorated interior throughout the home and so much more. We had hired a photographer to do pictures for my son’s 40 th birthday and military retirement, she had us pose on the beautiful staircase in the home and the pictures came out perfect. We hope to rebook again soon!

A delightful week in a lovely home! Beautifully appointed interior. Spacious kitchen but needing a few simple items such as oven mitts, cutting knives, serving and mixing bowls and a working trash compactor. Comments were made about the windows needing cleaning and the sticky elevator door on the 3rd floor. Just minor things. Overall, a fun week for the family filled with memories to last forever!

The location was surreal. We enjoyed the view, the sound of the ocean and cleanliness of the house. The space was inviting. It was like being at home. The garages accommodated our cars perfectly. Super home. Great location to beach

Our whole family had the best time. Having 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen and eating area was a super size and pool table on the lower floor enabled the grown ups to enjoy time whilst children were in bed. Location to the beach was amazing. Having the paddle boards and Kayak was a huge hit. I highly Recommend this home to make family memories.

Wonderful home- 5 star!

Fabulous location, roomy and spacious and well equipped for every need. Property Manager Carlos was extremely helpful and attentive. Amazing home with beautiful amenities- we had a fabulous time. Rare to find 6 bedrooms each with private bathroom. Having use of an elevator was very useful for those who needed it. Would definitely return!

Great for large group

We spent the weekend with large family group after trip to Disney. Was great time relaxing in this BIG home - where we all had our own spaces to retreat to when needed. And after lots of eating out, was nice to use the deluxe kitchen, and brand new bbq, for some home cooking. One note - and this could have been due to tropical storm the week before so hosts could confirm - there was a significant hill of sand quite close to the boardwalk and the surf was strong at the beach directly in front of the house....however, you are a quick walk to the Bay side to enjoy your calmer beach time.

Amazing home and location!

The property was amazing, right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants! The home itself is huge, and beautiful. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The only things I would have hoped to be different would be the cameras inside the home, this made some of our guests uncomfortable. Also, the amount of family pictures inside the home took away from the vibe as well. Otherwise, it was amazing!

Amazing House

We booked this place for a long weekend and it was the perfect size for our family. All the couples had their own rooms and extra bathrooms. loved the house we also came with (4) full size SUVs and they all fit in the garage. The only downside to staying here was the beach… We could walk out the back and we were on the beach, which was great. But the beach was full of trash..Anything you could think of was washed up all over the beach. Each day we had to clear a spot for the kids to play because you would find glass, plastic, and just about any kind of garbage you could think of. Loved the house, just not the beach it was on.

The Perfect Spot!

This was our second time renting this beautiful home. The home is in a fantastic spot. The ocean is out your back door, with ocean views from the first, second and third floors, and the bay a 2 minute walk out the front door. Grocery stores and restaurants are a short 10 minute ride. There is a convenient store and a coffee shop/restaurant/bar a 3 minute walk away. The house is in great shape. The owners manage the property themselves and they are a delight to work with. If you need a house this size, just stop looking and book it. We are in the process of booking our next stay already.

4th of July Family Gathering

This property is very luxurious and spacious offering a large family a stay in elegance, style and luxury. Beach house is well built and furnished with all the amenities and furniture as expected in a luxurious mansion. The location is the best one can ask for with patio and balconies offering direct, full panoramic view of the beach and ocean. Opposite the beach is the bay Naples area across the street less than 5 minute walk away where the water is calm for kids play. Property comes with water toys to enjoy on the water. Owner is very friendly right from booking up to during our stay making sure we are well cared for and if there is anything addition we need. We had a couple of earth quakes during our stay and the owner reached out to us immediately checking on our well being. The property manager who is available 24 hrs near by greeted us upon arrival and he was great. His exceptional hospitality showed during the walk through with complete details of all the amenities, room details and functions of all the equipments in the house. We especially like the elevator that comes with the house. It was great for my parents who are close to 80 yrs old. I would recommend this beach house to anyone wanting a spacious, luxurious property right next to the beach and the warm caring from the owner during stay.

A bit disappointed

The house location and structure are amazing, but for the "high end" renter, you will be disappointed: First, the beach is filthy with litter (not owner's fault) and has so much trash, including a dead cat and dead pelican wrapped up in the trash, that we never really used the beach in front of the home, but went to other, cleaner beaches. Second, the house needs a lot of attention: One bedroom ensuite shower did not work at all, and we were never advised of this before renting and staying, including upon the checkin. Many broken granite counter tops, compactor doesn't work, the ice machine in the island wasn't working, and the BBQ was cheap and difficult to cook on. The front door would not open from the outside and we were not given the garage code. Used the garage remotes. The pool table had only one question with a tip, out of four ques. Kitchen utensils are inadequate and cheap. There was not one knife capable of cutting a steak.These little things all added up. If I paid 300-400 per nt, I would be fine, but shelling out big bucks (for me) I expected "big buck" delivery. Their son was a delightful young man, but literally spent 5 minutes with us. We never figured out how to use the in-home stereo system, and could have been better informed about the issues above, rather than figuring them out on our own. We had a great time, but won't be back....

We are not looking for individuals who want have large parties or gatherings as we are sensitive to our neighbors who value a quiet neighborhood. See many reviews from past guests.

The home is Smart-Home that has advanced technology and security throughout. The property is located on "boardwalk" nestled between the ocean and the bay. We have water toys, kayak for three, two paddle boards and a few boogie boards. There are three adult life jackets and two youth life jackets.
