This three-story Naples Island estate offers rich hand- crafted appointments and high-end amenities. Exquisite architectural design and detail makes this 6 bedroom, 5 bath home with approximately 4,000 square feet, a true masterpiece where entertainment areas spill outdoors to lush private and waterfront patios and decks. 

Soft ocean breezes drift through an abundance of French windows and doors. The main level features a dramatic living room, formal and casual living areas, formal dining room, marble fireplace, and Italian inspired chef's kitchen with custom built center island and hand - blown beveled glass insert in hand-crafted cabinetry.

This home is lovely with so may special touches throughout. There is plenty of space to spread out and the outdoor spaces are amazing. Beds are comfortable and it is stocked with anything you could need. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family loved staying right on the water and waking up everyday to such a beautiful view. Jenny was so lovely and attentive and made our visit extra special and memorable. Jenny the homeowner was extremely responsive and accommodating. With all the different levels our group all had their own area of bedroom and bathroom. Great place for large family or group to stay and have a good time. Right on the water. Close to everything. Will definitely stay here again if we ever comes back this way. Highly recommended.

I would compare this property to a Nancy Meyers movie set. It was perfect in everyday. My family from Paris and Lisbon who live in beautiful homes joined us and they were awestruck by the location and the house. We would love to stay again but rentals are only by the month now.

Perfect stay!

Our family group was visiting Long Beach for a wedding and seeking a large rental to serve as home base for the week. We're Italian and love family meals around the dinner table, so the large kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining areas served us perfectly. The outside patio space was really nice for relaxing conversations around the fire pit. Honestly, we felt as though we were staying with extended family, as the house had everything that we could have needed... the owners thought of all the details! This planned community of Naples is beautiful, safe, and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Neighbors that we met around us were very friendly. Being on a canal, we enjoyed the views, kayaks, and walks along the sidewalks at water's edge. We can't recommend highly enough!

Stunning home with every amenity

This home looks like it belongs in Cape Cod. It is quiet, charming, quaint, extraordinarily decorated and beautifully appointed. The owners are gracious and did a FaceTime walk-through when we arrived. The kitchen is gorgeous and the brick patio out front is inviting. It also has a table for eight people, both inside and outside. There is even a dog run on the side of the home, which made everything easier for us and our dog. The owners were extremely responsive and everything was labeled or marked to make it even easier for us. We can't say enough about this magical property. The location was wonderful with surrounding amenities galore. The house is grand and is exceptionally well stocked. The hostess was very communicative and thoughtful in her gifts, presentation, and item preparation.New towels, kitchen linens, and phone chargers were left for us as were gifts of wine and fruit in lovely displays on our arrival. However, the house was very dirty despite the owner's efforts to clean for 3 days before we arrived. The kitchen was the worst with grimey cupboards and drawers. Spills that hadn't been cleaned and crumb filled drawers were abundant. The area under the counter cutting board was filthy as was the garbage bin areas. Thick dust covered areas that weren't easily reachable. Rims of some toilets had not been attended to in a long while. The floor was superficially cleaned only. Sand, dirt, dog kibble,dog hair and dust were prominent especially under small area rugs or easily moveable furniture. High touch wall areas near handles and light switches were filthy. Baseboards were thick with dirt. The stairs were very dirty. There was broken glass on the garage floor. It took many hours of cleaning throughout our stay to feel somewhat comfortable in there. We did not dare turn on the furnace not wanting to stir up more dust. Night time temps were down to 43F. This place could be stunning however the lack of cleanliness affected our enjoyment. Granted it is large and on water but better upkeep is essential to rent at that pricepoint!

Amazing stay on the Island!

I booked this fabulous home for our families vacation on Naples. Paula & Mike helped with the initial booking and it was smooth sailing from that point on. The home is truly amazing with it's breathtaking view of the canal, boat dock with paddle board and 2 kayaks. The interior of the home is gorgeously decorated and well appointed- nicer than a five star hotel. We can't wait to return to Naples and stay there again.
