From the movie-themed family room and arcade room to the outdoor living space with a fire pit, this home has YOU written all over it! The main floor is spacious, light, and airy the minute you walk it. The living room has a large sectional sofa and a love seat that has a pull-out twin sofa, it also has a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen has white cupboards, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances - including a gas stove. There are four bar stools at the counter for additional seating. The kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare and serve your meals. You can sit at the big dining room table with 8 chairs or go outside and enjoy more seating on the covered patio. The patio is secluded and a great place to enjoy in the day or evening time, be sure to turn on the gas fire pit for added fun and ambiance. A grill is provided for additional cooking options. The master bedroom with a king bed and on-suite compliments this level perfectly and has a flat-screen TV. There is an additional bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom at the front of the house.

Upstairs is the awesome family room. The fun theater-themed room is decorated so cutely and has a flat-screen TV. There are two sofas and one is a queen sofa sleeper. There is an air hockey table and two fun arcade games, a game table with a chessboard for additional games including Xbox 1. There is a movie theater popcorn machine to enjoy. Entertainment is galore! The bedrooms upstairs both have their own full bathrooms. One has a king-size bed and the other has two queen beds. There is a laundry room upstairs with a washer and dryer.
