5 Bedrooms with Heated Private Pool, Last minute rates are posted!

Saint George theme multi-color painted and furnished home. Three car garage and extra outdoor on property parking for boat or RV. Newly landscaped front and back yard. Heated pool to about 85 degrees, hot tub, and on property splash pad. Splash Pad has been recently resurfaced and looks fantastic!

Master bedroom/bath is over sized room with king bed, vaulted ceiling, 52 inch HD flat screen TV, 2 headed walk-in shower, jetted tub, 2 sinks/mirrors.

Guest room has king bed, large pop out area(perfect for travel crib), vaulted ceiling, full bathroom with a shower and smaller walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms with queen beds. Fifth bedroom with queen sofa sleeper and 50' TV for movies and gaming systems. All bedrooms have very comfortable new mattresses(even the lazy boy sofa sleeper) and ceiling fans.

Full Kitchen with new fridge, granite counter tops, large separate dining area seats 8, 5 bar seats, granite counter tops with center bar, 2 sinks, and two ovens, one convectional the other gas.

Living room doubles as a newly installed surround sound theater room. 60 in HD flat screen TV. Over sized conversation couch and 2 recliners.

We do everything possible to make our home covid free before your arrival by following all guidelines. But due to this current pandemic and it's highly contagious nature we can not guarantee that your stay will not be without risk. Since all travel has some risk we cannot be held responsible for any possible exposure to the covid virus.

Such a wonderful stay for our entire family. Pool and Hot Tub was such an extremely awesome addition. We didn’t use the splash pad because it was freezing cold water.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. FYI the splash pad water is circulated with the pool water and that temperature is set at 85 degrees or more. After running the splash pad for a few minutes the colder water will be replaced with the warmer water. Please notice the previous guests review mentioned they loved the splash pad and had no complaints about it having freezing water.

Lots to do for all ages: pool with basketball hoop and slide, pool loungers, hot tub, splash pad and lots of space for other activities. Hiking and Dinosaur Museum and Costco nearby.

Lovely home with all the comforts. We had 10 adults and 3 small children. The sleeping mats for the kids worked great! The owners were fantastic to work with. Paul was very helpful and easy to work with! We very much enjoyed our experience at this property! The pool and hot tub were much enjoyed by young and old alike! We felt fortunate to land this booking over Thanksgiving! And the beds were great. I would recommend a knife sharpener be added to the kitchen and a food thermometer. And a night stand on the right side of the bed in the turquiose room with a lamp, for us nightime readers! And, please consider adding some more towels for the bathrooms. We are glad you enjoyed your Thanksgiving stay and have added the items you suggested! I have checked with our property manager and he reported that 6 towels per bathroom were put out. That would of been a total of 18 towels. Perhaps you did not find them all since some of them are placed in the cabinet under the sink.
