Bring the family and you will all enjoy the change of scenery. We have over 3000 feet of outdoor deck spaces (including the ROOFTOP PATIO), firepit (don't forget the smores), yard games and board games, kayaks and much more.

Come to relax, entertain and/or ski your heart out while enjoying this quiet, secluded location on Lake Sinclair. The sunset views from the large, covered back deck are the best on the lake. Further, sit atop the 1000 sqft rooftop patio and the aesthetic is simply unbeaten anywhere else on the lake.

This home is comfortably furnished and fully equipped. Stainless steel range, double door refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave as well as washer and dryer.

Three bedrooms with one king, one queen, and two twins. There are two full baths. Sofa in the living room has a queen sleeper.

The sitting room has a variety of games and reading materials.

Super sized deck has plenty of seating and a dining table. Seating area includes lights and ceiling fans. Full sized gas grill is available for all your entertaining needs.

Back yard has multi-level areas for play. Play corn hole down near the water on the lower level. Seawall lights ensure that fun doesn't have to end after the sun goes down.

Swimming! The swim dock is the biggest on the lake! Nearly 1000 sqft of swim dock that includes dock light, fishing light, rod holders, boat cleats and a table and chairs. Bring your boat and tie up for the weekend! Cosby's Boat landing is just 5 minutes away and island creek is known for the clearest water on Lake Sinclair.

There is a 1000+ sqft of upper deck space (rooftop patio) on top of the boat house. There are lounge chairs to sun bathe and a sitting area to enjoy the sunset. Bring your TV & roku/apple tv/fire stick and watch your favorite team while the sun sets. The wifi is strong and reaches the rooftop patio without issue. There is also a fire pit for cool evenings and of course for s'mores.

PET POLICY:
Your pets are welcome but you will be held responsible for any damage that they cause. We have had one or two pet owners that have not taken care of our home while they were visiting. Because of this we have had to tighten up our rules and enforce charges for damage and extra cleaning.

2 dog maximum. If you are bringing 2 dogs, please let us know and we will send you an updated invoice.

Please let us know what type of dog(s) you are bringing and the weight.

If your pet tends to get on furniture or beds, you must bring sheets or furniture covers from home to help protect the furniture. There will be additional fees charged for pet hair on any of the furniture (this is charged by our housekeeper because of the extra time to remove pet hair).

Do not allow your pets (or humans) to get on the furniture while they are wet.

DOG OWNERS: A neighboring dog is often outside and may enter the yard when other dogs are present. Guests bringing pets must keep them supervised at all times outdoors. We considered implementing a no pet policy due to this but many of our guests enjoy traveling with their pets so we opted to provide this information instead. By booking with pets, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
