Beautiful home on Lake Sinclair w/ boat-dock and Kayaks.
Gorgeous views of Lake Sinclair are what it’s all about! Enjoy Kayaking, grilling, fishing, boating and hanging out by the fire-pit while making s’mores and memories. Have your morning cup of Joe on the expansive wraparound patio overlooking the lake and listening to natures music. The outside patio decks have an abundance of seating and dining for all those family gatherings. House has Wi-Fi and all bedrooms have flat screen TVs. If you need additional rooms the house next door may be available please inquire if only needing additional rooms. There’s a new Publix grocery and Walmart in Milledgeville aprox. 30 min drive to town. Visit the historic district area where the beautiful Victorian homes line the street.

Our family started coming to the Lake 10 yrs ago and fell in love with lake life. We finally made the decision to find a home that we can share with our family, friends and you!
Why they chose this property
This area of the lake is one of several that have the views we were looking for as well as the Serenity it gave us.
What makes this property unique
We can’t say enough about the views! We’re 30 minutes from the new Publix grocery store and there’s a Walmart in town too. The college and beauty of the historic homes brings you back to a simpler time.
