Spacious 140 m2 villa with swimming pool

The villa is located 9 km from NImes on the road to the beaches Aigues mortes (20min) Grau du Roi (30min) and the beaches of Espiguette. In the center of the village of Aubord close to local shops. You can visit in the area the Pont du Gard, the cliffs of Colias and Gorges du Gardon, Nimes and its bullring, the gardens of the fountain, the square house, Arles and other towns and villages of the Camargue with entertainment and parties votives.
The villa is spacious about 150m2 on a plot of 1200m2 in the center of the village.
It is equipped with appliances (washing machine, dishwasher)
Sheets are provided but not towels.
Ramp access for people in a chair for the ground floor and bedroom on the ground floor, private bathroom and toilet.
Three bedrooms are upstairs with 2 bathrooms, one private and 2 toilets.
The swimming pool is 10m x 4m in size with its terrace.

Tired and dirty villa

I honestly don’t want to be harsh but the property is up for sale and has been allowed to decline. It was dirty and some light fittings were exposed wire or hanging away from the wall which should not be allowed . The pool was ok for the first few days but them got dirty . We put in the automatic cleaner but it missed a lot of the green slime and dirt . This really spoilt our holiday as we could not use the pool . Also it is a villa for eight people and there are only two pool loungers . We were very disappointed with the whole villa especially considering how expensive it is . I will be composing and hope to get some of the money returned .

Vous auriez pu nous signaler les éventuels problèmes pour qu on les règle. La maison est res grande et pendant les périodes de location certains dysfonctionnements peuvent apparaitre mais nous intervenons pour les régler lorsque ils sont signalés. Cordialement

Nous sommes désolés que votre expérience ne soit pas satisfaisante. Nous sommes toujours ouverts aux remarques de nos vacanciers pour améliorer leur expérience et vous auriez du nous en parler. Malheureusement le we de votre séjour était un we dans une semaine avec beaucoup de pluies. La piscine n était ni sale ni verte comme vous le laissez entendre mais l eau un peu trouble. Nos espaces verts ne pas de pelouses avec gazon arrosées et tondues pendant l été mais des espaces arborés que nous entretenons dans un esprit ecoresponsable..Je précise que la maison bénéfice d un terrain de 1200m2. Il y a 4 wc si un est un peu instable à cause d un manque planéité parfaire du sol cela ne doit pas être si problématique puisqu il y a 3 autres wc. Le bac de douche que vous citez est neuf et parfaitement fonctionnel. Finalement nous n'avons pas compris le problème posé par le lave vaisselle puisque les locataires suivants l ont utilisé sans aucun soucis.

Séjour du 11 au 24 juillet fort agréable. Le couple qui nous accueillie est adorable. La maison est spacieuse, fraîche et fonctionnelle. Une piscine agréable dans un endroit calme. Seul bémol à dire, l’extérieur pourrait peut être être mieux entretenu (pelouse à tondre, arbre à élaguer, ustensiles de plomberie…). Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, de 64 à 5 ans. Merci à vous.

Nous sommes les premiers locataires de cette propriété mise récemment en location. Cette maison a un beau potentiel mais plusieurs points restent à améliorer (ménage, réparations diverses...) pour rendre le séjour plus agréable.

Nous avons effectivement entrepris en février divers travaux ainsi que de gros travaux d'aménagement du jardin qui étaient censés terminer avant la première location ; hélas cela n'a pas été possible à cause des intempéries ; les travaux seront terminés courant avril ce qui permettra à nos hôtes de profiter pleinement des espaces clairs et spacieux tant à l'intérieur qu' à l'extérieur de la villa.
