Enjoy lots of quality time with your family in the open and airy main living area, connecting the kitchen, dining area and living room. Sliding glass doors open up to a private balcony with views of lush landscaping and the green grounds.


You can even enjoy those views from the comfortable living room couch! The living room also has a flat-screen TV to binge-watch your favorite shows.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After we left the apartment Casiola Management started charging different amounts on our credit card, first it was small stains on the blanket, then it was the fact that the apartment was not organized, third for claiming that we were 30 minutes late for our check out. Never rent with them because they charge a lot of extras without consulting us or informing us.

Todo me pareció bueno, ubicación, limpieza e implementos de cocina. Me gustó mucho que la cocina contaba con cosas esenciales como café, azúcar, spray para cocinar, sal y pimienta. De hecho cuando compré la comida, se me olvidó comprar esas cosas y por suerte había en el apartamento.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed to realize this unit was in a completely separate, older, low-rent section of Vista Cay. No connection to"regular" VC without going out on the main access road. Also disappointed that this building has open-to-the-weather corridors. Door bolt is hard to work; needs an additional bolt. Kitchen needs more small plates and casual glasses, plus casseroles w/ lids for the microwave. No napkins or tissues, minimal TP and PT. HVAC fan ran continuously despite auto setting. Missing slat in LR blinds. MBA sink does not hold water. Power failure one night was no one's fault, but Casiola should have called us back to tell us status. And after the power failure, the thermostat wouldn't set above 72. VC location is very good, and we would return, just not to this side/building/unit.

We are a family of four and believe me... simply amazing from all points of view. Walking distance from a Public store, 15 min drive to Universal and about 20-25 min to Disney. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom plus one more ful bathroom across the kids room, TV in every room, more than decent kitchen and living room with large balcony...all very very clean.
