This is a contemporary and fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo unit. All rooms feature wood flooring. We have taken professional care to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization, with extra precautions for disinfection to protect our guests.

The condo boasts a beautiful and modern master suite with a King-sized bed, a second bedroom with two full-sized beds, and a third bedroom with two full-sized beds. Additionally, there is a sofa bed available at the living room. This condo can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

For families with young children, we offer a portable crib (Pack and Play) and highchair at no extra charge. Each room is equipped with a 40" LED smart TV, while the living room features a 50" TV. Cable tv is available. Free high-speed internet Wi-Fi is also available.

The modern and open kitchen includes a spacious granite countertop and comes fully equipped with appliances, including a regular coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, waffle toaster, dishwasher, blender, dishes, cookware, and silverware—everything you need for a home away from home experience.

There are two full bathrooms equipped with towels and a hairdryer for your convenience. In-unit amenities also include a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The condo is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.

Situated on the third floor, with elevator access, our community features a heated resort-style pool with kids splash zone , firepit areas, jacuzzi and Pool Bar. Free parking is conveniently located in front of the building.

Step onto the open veranda, complete with chairs and a table, to enjoy partial views of the lake.

Our location is highly convenient, within walking distance from the Orlando Convention Center and Universal Epic Universe , close to attractions such as Universal Studios, Sea World, Orlando Icon, top-rated restaurants, and renowned shops. Across the street, you'll find famous golf courses.

We are ideally situated within the theme park area, just 1 mile from Sea World, 4 miles from Universal Studios, and a mere 8 miles from Walt Disney World. Florida's famous beaches and the Kennedy Space Center are approximately a 45-minute drive away.

Within the condo complex, you'll find a Publix market and a Walgreens, as well as a clubhouse with a heated pool, Tiki bar, and convenience shop. Vista Cay is a gated community, providing an extra layer of security.

Amazing stay at this property! Our group of 4 women felt very safe. The unit was quiet and comfortable. Aside from the unit itself being exceptionally clean, the entire property, amenities, grounds, etc. were all very well cared for. The way the trash is collected daily from the assigned bin right outside unit door is a small detail that I have never experienced in any other VRBO property. Our group joked that we had "trash fairies" - you never saw the trash being picked up, but it miraculously disappeared every day! Shout out also to the amazing hot water!

Host was very prompt in addressing two issues. One was us not fully knowledgeable about how the vrbo works but questions were answered graciously. The other was an issue with the washing machine not working.The concern was addressed quickly with a positive resolution. The property was walking distance to a grocery store, 3 fanastic restaurants: a Venezuelan steak house, a burgers place and a delicious fresh sushi bar. The pool and hot tub were clean and the grounds well maintained. Our stay was for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center which was a short drive with our rental car. It was an easy drive as well. We did alot of tourist attractions and there was plenty to do within a15 to 20 minutes radius. This was all easy to get to from the airport and an easy ride back to MCO.

The location is perfect. Easily walk to Publix, and great a diner and more. The place is exactly as shown and details provided by owner were perfect. My only concern was hair found in the master bed and bathroom. Other than that the place was clean over all.

Perfect for our family trip to Universal. The condo was clean and modern. The location was excellent with a shopping center just outside the gates. The parks are really close with epic being right up the street and Universal being a 10min drive. Check in and check out were a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice and close to Univetsal. Very close to restaurants and a grocery store. The only knock I personally had and it’s very minor was the book in the shower is so tiny it barely holds any of your toiletries. I would suggests maybe getting a shower tower. You let paper was literally like paper, but that again is minor. Pool and hot tub were fantastic!! We would definitely stay here again.

I purchased this unit with the intention of creating a warm and welcoming space for my friends and family. The location is ideal—close to theme parks, restaurants, and shops. The resort is safe, quiet, and filled with fun activities. The pools are amazing, and the lake walk offers a peaceful and relaxing experience. It’s also conveniently located near the Convention Center and all of Orlando's major attractions.

This is one of the few resorts in the International Drive area that offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-sized kitchen, laundry facilities, and a spacious living room. It’s located across from the new Epic Universe park, providing ample space for families and plenty of fun activities.
