20 minutes from Azay-le-Rideau, in a former manor farmhouse, this gîte overlooks a vineyard (organic wine), where peace and nature reign supreme. Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen (fireplace, sofa, Wi-Fi), 1st bedroom (double bed), WC, shower room/WC. Upstairs: 2nd bedroom (single bed), 3rd bedroom (double bed, two single beds), shower room/WC. High chair and cot available. Heating: wood (€72/stere) and electricity (extra charge based on meter reading). Private, unfenced garden of 280 m² (swing set, table tennis, covered shelter). Private swimming pool shared with the owners (who live on site). POOL OPEN: May 16th to September 12th. Non-smoking gîte. In the heart of nature, experience peace and tranquility surrounded by unspoiled flora and fauna. Located 20 minutes from Azay-le-Rideau, in a former manor farmhouse, this cottage overlooks a vineyard (organic wine), where calm and nature reign supreme.

The price does not include: Heating, firewood, or electricity.

Tout s’est bien passé, la maison est mignonne et le contact sur place très gentil. Juste un petit problème de trouver le bon chemin en arrivant à la tombée du jour, car l’adresse n’est pas reconnue par le gps. Il n’y a pas trop de réseau, mais ça nous n’a pas beaucoup dérangé. Nous étions au calme!
