Recently remodeled, it features a comfortable living room where you can relax while watching cable on the new Smart TV. Stay connected with high-speed 100Mb internet during your stay. The master bedroom offers a King-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a Smart TV. The second bedroom features a custom Twin XL Bunk Bed and a Queen Bunk Bed, also equipped with a Smart TV. For your convenience, there's a washer and dryer stack available for any laundry needs.

The well-appointed kitchen is ready for your cooking endeavors and your morning cup of coffee. Sweet Pea's Dream provides covered parking for up to two vehicles and features decks on both the front and back of the house, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze. You're just a short walk from the beach and the lagoon, and a quick drive away from some of the best restaurants and shopping that Gulf Shores has to offer. We're confident you'll love your stay here and want to return year after year!

For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, there is a minimum stay requirement of 60 days (two months). Reservations that don't meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by the management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Vehicle registration tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly, with a maximum of 2 cars allowed. Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not permitted, but dogs are welcome (up to 2 dogs), with a non-refundable pet fee of $225 per pet required.
