Sunny three bedroom condo available for summer rental , with two full baths. Shaded front porch and sunny rear deck with BBQ. Rental is fully furnished with linens. Well stocked kitchen- includes dishes, cookware, utensils, with microwave, toaster oven and dishwasher. Rental also includes air-conditioning, cable TV, WiFi , washer/dryer, and ceiling fans. Heated pool and tennis courts onsite. Near Tanglewood, Shakespeare & Company, Jacobs Pillow, and Kripalu. Close by are lakes, hiking and October Mountain State Forest. This spacious end unit is perfect for your summer vacation. Minimum 1 month rental, will give a discount for a three month rental.

I grew up in downstate New York ,and still reside on Long Island. I went to college in upstate New York, and always loved the charm and rural feel of the region. My husband and I fell in love with the Berkshires. The town of Lee MA had the perfect blend of everything we wanted in a second home- so we made our dreams come true....
Why they chose this property
We wanted our second home to be in the Berkshires, where we spent weekends when we first met. We enjoy spending all of the seasons here, and our children have grown up loving all the Berkshires have to offer. The cultural attractions, biking and kayaking in the summer. We love the fall foliage, hiking in all seasons and skiing in the winter. We love it all year round, and hope you will too.
What makes this property unique
The open floor plan makes it accessible to converse with my family and guests no matter what I am doing . I love a sunny breakfast on the rear deck, and shady afternoons on the front porch reading a good book. The Town of Lee is still has a low key vibe, while being close to everything the Berkshires have to offer.
