This home has many recent updates including the addition of new furnishings, TV's, counter tops, painted cabinets and floors. The home features a full kitchen and has everything you need to cook some money saving meals at home. There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, TV's in every room and of course free WI-FI. The master bedroom has a queen bed along with the bedroom downstairs. The 3rd bedroom located upstairs has 2 twins. A queen sleeper sofa is in the living room. This 2-level home gives you plenty of room to spread out!

Centrally located on 75th street, this home offers convenient access to all that Ocean City has to offer including access to route 90 for trips to West OC, Berlin and Salisbury. There are many great restaurants/bars, miniature golf, go-carts, paddle boards and jets skis located in walking distance or just a short drive away.

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* Two parking spots are provided; parking is in a covered garage.
* Outdoor shower
* Quick access to the beach. Owner has provided beach chairs for guest use.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This home is on 75th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this particular property for a number of years now, and love almost everything about it. The only change I would recommend is the sofa and loveseat. They are looking worn and are uncomfortable. Other than that, we look forward to staying again next year.

There was plenty of room in this property. However it could use some updating. The carpeting especially on the stairs is very stained. The furniture in the living room is very difficult to sit on. Basic cleanliness is lacking

Needs a refresh

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we enjoyed our stay, the house could use a little touching up. The carpets are very stained, the walls are also stained. The couch had rips in it. I also inquired about the outlet in the bathroom not working. I did get an initial response, but no follow up and it was not attempted to be fixed during our stay. It was not convenient for 6 people to get showered and ready when the outlet didn't work.

Nice place to stay worked out well.

Needed a place to stay for a few days and was able to rent this place last minute. Close to the beach and found a new place to eat right across the street at Saltwater 75.
