We stayed at this lovely house in November 2024 during the off-season, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The house was exactly as described—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It’s in a great location, just a short walk to both the beach and the charming little town, making it easy to explore the area. Although the location is very walkable, I would recommend having a vehicle if you want to explore more of the South of France, as there’s so much to see. Just a heads-up, though: since we visited in the off-season, we found that many shops and restaurants were either closed or closed early, which limited some dining and shopping options. But overall, we loved the tranquility of visiting during this time and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Superbe logement bien équipé et très bien décoré. La terrasse aménagée avec le jacuzzi est parfaite pour terminer la soirée en toute détente. Une place de parking disponible dans la cour. L’environnement est très calme avec le logement situé dans une zone pavillonnaire et très proche de la mer. Quelques minutes à pieds et nous avons les pieds dans le sable.Le logement était très propre à notre arrivé.

Kurzurlaub in Südfrankreich

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Grau d'Agde und diesem Appartement sehr genossen. In der Küche ist alles notwendige zu finden, die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll gestaltet. Das Appartement liegt zentral im Ort, das Meer ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Darüber hinaus, z.B. für Einkäufe, wird definitiv ein Auto benötigt. Das Highlight ist der Jaccuzzi, den wir unabhängig vom Wetter ausgiebig genutzt haben. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend und immer hilfsbereit.

Maison correspondant en tous point à l’annonce. La plage est accessible en moins de 5 minutes à pied et les commerces à 5 minutes en voiture. Parfaitement équipé et très confortable, il ne manque rien ! Un ++ pour le spa chauffé idéal après un retour de plage hivernale.
