For those who love peace and authenticity
for those who want to enjoy contact with real Languedocians (exchange cooking recipes... good hiking plan... local history... visits to avoid or must-sees... recommended restaurants...)
Agde, mother of the large seaside resort of Cap d'Agde, is nevertheless a city with a very rich heritage.
This apartment will satisfy young and old alike because it is located ON a huge beach. In addition, the car can stay in the garden, you can do your shopping on foot by the beach (shops 600m away). Ideal!



Apartment of 60 m2 with small shaded garden overlooking the beach
It has 4 to 6 beds: 1 bed in 140 in a small independent bedroom, bunk beds in the children's corner and a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area (let's lend a baby bed)
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher,
coffee machines, juicers... (lend our washing machine occasionally) ( linen rental )
the bathroom has a shower area, sink and toilet
there is of course a TV and WIFI connection.
In the garden, garden furniture and a picnic area to take your meals outside (barbecue area)
Possibility to park the car in the garden
Great for kids because NO more car chores in 40° shade!
Ideal for water sports enthusiasts: windsurfing, surfing, kite-surfing, paddle (no more chores of transporting equipment...)
We leave at your disposal a 3-seater canoe, a windsurfing board and small boats for your children
In very high season (July/August) we rent a minimum of 7 days. In other months, a minimum of 2 days.

Wonderful

Beautiful location, very friendly and helpful hosts, very clean and tidy flat, ideal for summer holidays. The beach is right outside the gate and lots of people wanted to know where we found the flat as it is so nice.

I love my holiday at the apartment at Cap dAGDE.. The location of the apartment is super... I can open the garden gate and step on to the beach .. I can walk for miles on a glorious beach sometimes I have it to myself ... I love to sit on the steps leading down to the beach to watch ...lots of beautiful sunsets.The water is crystal clear and so buoyant for swimming. From the apartment I can cycle to the local town of Agde .. a wonderful unspoilt town ..full of history and ...not full of tourists ..which is great . I love the market days when I can explore and buy wonderful fresh food ....I love to travel out from Agde ..to explore ... Montpellier ... Bezier ... Arles ... Coillure.. so many interesting places to explore .. The train service is very efficient from Agde . Claude and her family are warm and generous hosts .. I have returned to holiday in their apartment 8 times now and I plan to continue to return . Its a wonderful apartment for a family or a few people to relax and enjoy a beautiful unspoilt place . Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Claude und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hat. Die Wohnung ist super, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Die eingezäunte Terrasse ist schön schattig und ruhig, mit Hunden perfekt, weil sie sich frei bewegen können. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand ist einfach wunderbar. Ein sehr schöner Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen und das Meer zu geniessen.

Un véritable coin de paradis

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel de trois nuits dans cette charmante location. L’appartement, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, se situe dans le bas de la maison de la propriétaire, qui est d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables. Le vrai plus : l’accès privé à la plage, un luxe rare qui offre un dépaysement total et des moments de tranquillité inoubliables. Tout était parfaitement propre, bien pensé, et propice à la détente. Merci encore pour cet accueil chaleureux.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Sehr schöne Lage, direkt am Strand. Tolle Unterkunft für Familien, der Hund durfte mit und es war alles vorhanden. Es hat alles gepasst und wunderbar geklappt. Sehr zu empfehlen.Très bel emplacement, juste sur la plage. Super hébergement pour les familles, le chien était autorisé avec nous et tout était là. Tout s'est bien passé et a fonctionné à merveille. Fortement recommandé.

La localisation est parfaite, la plage est magnifique. Le salon est lumineux et agréable, il y a plein de jeux et livres pour les enfants, la propriétaire qui vit à l'étage est discrète et vraiment adorable.

Nette kleine Wohnung mit direktem Zugang zum Strand.

Ideale Wohnung mit abgeschlossenem Grundstück, was besonders vorteilhaft für unsere Hündin war. Sie hat sich ausserdem hervorragend mit den beiden Hunden der Vermieter verstanden. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten so jeden Tag Zeit am Strand verbringen, aber wir hatten auch einen guten Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge und Unternehmungen in die Umgebung.

Perfekte Lage, sehr nette Gastgeber

Das Appartement ist ein Anbau am Haus der Vermieter mit eigener Terrasse und versprüht ein wenig den Charme der 80er und 90er Jahre. Es ist aber sehr gut ausgestattet und bezüglich der Lage am Strand perfekt! Gerade mit kleinen Kindern eignet es sich, da zum Strand ein eigener Zugang besteht und das Haus komplett umzäunt ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, extrem hilfsbereit und nicht aufdringlich. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Situation idyllique et propriétaires d’une extrême gentillesse

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances. On ne peut rêver mieux comme situation avec des enfants en bas âge. Magnifique séjour, les pied dans l' eau , super appartement, très bien équipé avec son petit jardin ombragé, le son des vagues jour et nuit ,un vrai bonheur , les propriétaires adorables, un très bel accueil en partir était difficile Je recommande vraiment cette location.

un petit coin de paradis

Idéalement située sur la plage de Rochelongue au Cap d'agde, la location de M; et Mme Allemand est un véritable coin de paradis. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité et l'amabilité des propriétaires et l'accès direct à la plage depuis notre petite cour ombragée ainsi que le terrain entièrement clos très pratique quand on a des chiens. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation
