Very spacious house great for big families, you will find on 1st floor a fully equipped Kitchen, dining room with table for 10, Living room w/Queen sofa bed, 1/2 bath, private pool (filled only Apr-Sep )and a back patio with a charcoal BBQ, on 2nd floor you will find 3 bedrooms with 3 baths TV room with Queen sofa bed (used as a 4th Bedroom), Ocean views from all balconies, and a 3rd floor with a huge Terrace with amazing Ocean and sunset views. Free WI-FI(2) with speed internet. Private Garage is for 2 car garage with Tesla charger (bring adapter) extra guest parking available.The resort has amazing common areas where you can BBQ grill, Sauna, Tennis court, several beautiful pools some are heated, Ramadas, Fire places, etc

We loved gathering with our children and grandchildren at this house. It couldn’t have been more convenient to check in and we loved having a garage. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. We will be back.

The cleanliness and maintenance of the property was not very good as well as it was posted we had access to the mayan and we were actually kicked out of there because luna blanca and the mayan are no longer part of the same orginizztion

The property is beautifully appointed and proximity to (2) gorgeous resorts with awesome pools and amenities. We were not informed that the 3rd floor deck of our home was under full on construction and unavailable for use. The pool in the home was a nice bonus however there was not enough water in the pool for the filter system to work nor were there any tools provided to clean the pool as this was necessary prior to our using it. The posting listed pool towels available, there were none. Also very few bath towels and not a single wash cloth. The kitchen was very well stocked with all necessary utensils. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Big enough for 10, clean, nice

This place was roomy enough for 10 family members. It was clean and spacious. My family and I began a tradition of coming specifically to Luna Blanca and Encanto area every summer. We have stayed in their condos and now, here at this 4 bedroom house. Each bedroom has its restroom, except 1. We felt safe and comfortable. Two regular size SUVs (Pilot and Explorer) fit in the garage, which was perfect because my sister's family joined us on this trip. It was also convenient because we got all of our groceries and stuff out without having to drag it across long paths. Besides the garage, there is access to the parking lot across the house. It was an excellent trip, just gave the owner a little advice on the glass sliding door in the pool area, the handle needs some maintenance, but besides that the house was perfect.

Perfect House

The place was even better than what we saw in the pictures. We were so excited when we booked, and our stay was even better than we expected. The host was super quick to respond, and the walls had clear labels with instructions. We missed a book of instructions for turning the hot water on, but when I messaged the host, they responded right away. Later, I found the book with clear instructions. The house had plenty of towels, which was great because our last rental didn't have enough. It was such a comfortable stay. The property is absolutely amazing, and we would love to book with the host again. I almost don't want to give such a good review because I want to make sure we can book it again next time, but it really was amazing, so I have to be honest. Thank you for everything! We had an awesome time. We went with family and some recent graduates who are well-behaved and don't party. This resort is really clean and perfect for families, which is exactly what we were looking for. It was a safe and comfortable environment for everyone to enjoy the beautiful warm ocean.

2nd Time Here

This was our 2nd time here. My family of 6 and my sister's family of 4 shared this home. 12 adults can easily fit in this place. The 4 bedrooms and 4 restrooms make this a spacious spot. Access to the beach and community pools close at 10 pm. If you are looking for a party rental place, this is not the place; while relaxing in the home's pool, we were told to lower our music. The host was very kind and provided towels, toilet paper, body soap, hand soap, dish soap, and shampoo. Bringing your own shampoo and toilet paper would not hurt. Our 2 SUVs (Ford Explorer and Honda Pilot) fit in the garage; parked in reverse to unload our food and luggage. We simply like how easy this place makes our stay in the Luna Blanca and Encanto living area. We have stayed in their high-building condos also, but if you wish for your children to bond with other cousins this is the place. The beach and community pools are a few steps away and you'll have access to everything. On the Encanto poolside, sometimes they sell food, but at times, they do not. Just prepare well for this trip and bring your own food and drinks.

This property was great to stayed for a beach vacation with family. The property is clean a an amazing kitchen and pool. The location is far from town and the roads are not that great to get to the property.

Great place to stay! Home is on the outskirts of town so it is a drive to nearest store and malecon but that means you have access to private beach. Resort is beautiful and although lobby was closed staff was really nice. Will definitely rent again.

Labor Day weekend

We love Puerto Peñasco, we travel there often. This was a good stay not the best. It is a bit far from town which we already knew and was ok with. However the road that leads you into town was blocked off making it about 45 minute drive into town. When I was handed the key to the condo I was advised of the broken garage. Which we figured they’re fixing it no biggie. As I walked in there was noticeable beach sand everywhere on the floor and dead bugs all over the edges of the floor. I thought well maybe sand just got in some how. Long story short the house was definitely not clean at all, there was hair on the sheets ... just kind of gross with all this pandemic going on. I did reach out to the HOA they advised they would have someone come back and clean, they only cleaned 1 room which was the room that I complained about dirty Qtips left over. I also reached out to the HOA for the missing air pump to the inflatable mattress, they advised they would get back to me... that didn’t happen. We were counting on it since we were a big party. Also there was quite a bit of some type of animal droppings maybe mice I don’t know. This is in the center table they have in the living room. There was board games in it but we decided not to use them since there was a lot of small black droppings. I can say the best thing was all the accessories in the kitchen. We like to cook while in Peñasco and the house had all the necessary tools for that. Having access to the Mayan Palace was awesome! From happy hour, volley ball to karaoke it was great. We made reservations for breakfast and dinner there too... food was delicious! We spent most of our time there since going into town was just too far. If you plan on staying here I would advise to have a walk through with the HOA don’t let them leave without making sure the house is clean.

La Casa de Las Abuela's

This villa matched the home's title. From the perfectly appointed kitchen to the lovely scented linens, the cozy throw blankets nestled in the family's media room. My large family had plenty of room to spread out and come together for meals around the large kitchen table. We enjoyed the private swimming pool as well as the resorts many pools and amenities. In short we had the best family vacation! We are definately looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Beatriz, for opening your home. It truly is beautiful.

Large property located minutes from the beach.

Property was bigger than I expected which was great! Short walk to the beach and quick access to a beautiful resort with multiple pools and jacuzzis over looking the beach! Resort property also has multiple grills and outdoor seating to have your own cook-out. Beatriz was overall very responsive but we did run into an issue causing a 30 minute delay in our check-in process. Our name was not correct on the security guards list and property management was unable to get a hold of owner and would not let us enter despite having gate code. It was very hot and stressful while our party of 10 including children waited to gain access. Once we entered the property we immediately saw how large and beautiful it was but walked into a few large sewer roaches that were dead and found a few more that were alive during our stay. I don't know if this is common with the property being located so close to the beach. Overall my family and I did enjoy the property and would like to revisit again next year.

We love the private beach it has, we like it is not crowded, it's about 25 min from all the crowds but we love to be able to get away from the noise. It's our little piece of heaven!

Since you enter this modern home you can feel the peaceful atmosphere, full of windows and sunshine, you will find a beautiful Parota wood dining room table big enough for 8-10 people, several bar stools in kitchen, and a small kids table with 4 chairs.
Garage for 2 cars with Tesla charger (bring adapter) Every bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony with ocean views, there is a terrace in the 3rd floor with amazing views, there are several folding chairs in the garage and inside the house you can use for terrace or beach, just return to where they were. Linens are provided, house is fully equipped, yo DO HAVE to bring food, we will provide coffee/tea, sweeteners, cream, soap, shampoo/conditioner, detergent, paper towels and toilette paper.
