La maison n’a pas été laissée propre, un non respect des lieux évident également. Table extérieure abîmée, même pas vidé les poubelles. Locataires à éviter.

Maison de charme ????

Nous avons attendu plus de 2 heures la réception des clés . La première impression, une odeur de renfermé. Une propreté douteuse, les chaussons du propriétaire qui traînaient dans la maison. Côté salle de bain, deux savonnettes qui traînaient, pas de miroir au dessus du lavabo,le lit etait rafistolé avec des sangles pour tenir. La terrasse pas nettoyée. En gros tres dessus de ce logement, ne correspond pas au descriptif abritel. Juste point positif tres bien placé.

Madame Chauvin ne laisse pas son numéro de téléphone afin que l’on puisse l’appeler, elle ne sait pas elle même appeler pour indiquer son heure d’arrivée. Elle confond Le service Abritel avec un hôtel, il faut être présent quand Madame le décide, elle n’ai pas capable de donner une heure approximative d’arrivée. Hôte à déconseiller par sa mauvaise humeur, et sa mauvaise foi honteuse. Il lui faut également un jardinier à plein temps afin de ramasser les feuilles qui tombent des arbres.

Séjour agréable à Arzon

Le logement est rustique mais très bien placé pour aller découvrir Arzon et tous ses beaux quartiers. Le centre ville est également très calme et on a un beau marché juste devant la maison le mardi matin

Maison pleine de charme

Maison pleine de charme - même si elle n'est pas toute neuve et que certains détails pourraient être améliorés - et dotée d'une véritable âme. De surcroît, remarquablement bien située - avec la possibilité de louer des vélos à proximité - et très calme.
