It includes 1 large bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a large walk-in closet, a living room with 1 sofa bed and 2 armchairs, 1 flat screen TV in the kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, dolce coffee maker gusto + another electric, fridge with 4 induction hobs.
A bathroom with bathtub + washing machine, separate toilets, a sea view balcony equipped with terrace furniture.

All the shutters are rolling and electric. The residence is secured by a digital code.

You will also have a closed garage in the basement to secure your car.

The many shops are nearby, The beaches, as well as Thalassotherapy which has just had a makeover.

Très bon accueil et bonnes précisions pour le fonctionnement et l'utilisation optimum de l'appartement. Bien réserver le garage car difficultés pour stationner même si le prix est élevé.

Bonjour et merci pour votre message. En revanche, il doit y avoir une confusion, car le garage est gratuit sans aucun frais supplémentaire et fait partie intégrante de la location de l'appartement. Vous n'avez pas eu besoin de réserver le box non plus car il est disponible automatiquement, comme indiqué dans le descriptif de l'annonce. Vous avez réglé le forfait de nettoyage pour la fin de séjour et les frais de blanchisserie pour le linge.

Bonjour madame, la Bretagne comme une partie de la France a subit une période de canicule inhabituelle pour la région. Au moment de vouloir acheter des ventilateurs, tous les magasins étaient en pénurie. Nous n'en avons habituellement pas besoin. Nous allons en équiper l'appartement dès que possible. Concernant le forfait pour le ménage et le linge, il est stipulé dès l'annonce, ce qui ne constitue pas une surprise. Nous essayons de proposer un accueil standardisé pour chaque client avec un ménage soigné et du linge à disposition;

Appartement très agréable, très sécurisé avec une magnifique vue sur le port de plaisance. Très bien situé dans un quartier très calme à cette période. Magasins, restaurants, circuits de randonnée, tout est proche si on aime déambuler. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement des magnifiques paysages du golfe. Un sejour vraiment requinquant.

Appartement très bien placé et bien équipé.

Situé en bout du port du Crouesty, cet appartement bénéficie avec sa terrasse d'une vue sur le port sans avoir les inconvénients de la cohue de la place centrale. Lumineux et calme, nous y avons passé un très bon séjour

Appartement calme et lumineux

Emplacement ideal, belle vue sur le port et l'océan. Appartement spacieux, pratique et bien équipé. Avec en plus un box sécurisé pour la voiture. Nous reviendront surement !

Appartement bien situé près des commerces et restaurants en saison. Vue très agréable, calme. Garage fermé et sécurisé en sous sol. Navette (gratuite) organisée pour Port Navalo et embarcadère.

L ' appartement ne fait pas tout !

L appartement est bien situé et en bon état. Par contre il n est pas indiqué dans l annonce qu il n y a pas de Freezer et pas de congélateur ! Le four n est pas facile à utiliser car il est placé bien trop haut. L arrivée à été chaotique , plan du parking inexploitable. Propriétaire absente pour l arrivée et le départ , nous avons dû retourner chez la propriétaire à 17 km allez 17 km autour pour récupérer les clés sous un pot de fleur... Tres Mauvais service. MSD

Afin de vous éviter de l'attente, je vous avais donc préparé le plan détaillé pour vous rendre à mon domicile récupérer les clés, à Brillac à 8 kms d' Arzon, cette commune est située sur votre route ainsi qu'un plan détaillé pour vous rendre à l'appartement. Je suis étonnée de lire aujourd'hui que cela vous avait posé problème. Je vous souhaite une bonne journée

BEL APPARTEMENT MAIS UN PEU VIEILLOT

L'appartement a une vue sublime et un joli balcon mais l'état du store et des bras empêchent d'en profiter. (forte dégradation par la rouille et le calcaire, quasi impossible de le manoeuvrer). Une porte de placard cuisine à redresser. Face au port mais loin (13kms) des plages sans cailloux !!! Voiture indispensable pour trouver plage de sable. Commerces de tourisme tous proches mais alimentation en supermarché à 30mn à pieds. L'appartement est propre.
