Texas Townhome Condos are located right in the Village, along the banks of Gore Creek Located just a short 3 minute walk to Vail Village and Gondola One, or a 3 minute walk to Riva Bahn and Gold Peak. Two bedroom condo allows extra living space; free WIFI; free uncovered parking.

This two bedroom suite features 900 square feet of living space; one king bed; two twin beds; full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $150 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Good location close to Vail Village.

The townhouse we stayed in needs upgrades. The beds need to be replaced. Mattresses are very old and uncomfortable. The twin beds in the second bedroom are very small for an adult.
