Pinnacle View has a Generac generator for those times in the Smoky Mountains when the power goes out - yes it does happen. It provides automatic stand by power to keep heat/air working as well as other appliances. It does not keep the hot tub working (it stays hot for quite a while by itself though). This is a big plus when you are on vacation. Always bring your own flashlight, just in case.
