Family vacation

Great place to stay with four couples

On the plus side, this property is very spacious and has plenty of room for eight adults. The location is centrally located, however, the elevation makes it a challenge for anyone with limited mobility. When we arrived, we found the smoke alarm was chirping. The host was very responsive, however it got our stay off to a bad start. This appeared to be an indication that the property was not very well maintained. The refrigerator had shelves inside the door that were missing, the windows at the top of the ceiling were dirty, and the kitchen sink was dripping water. The kitchen cat trashcan was also broken, which should’ve been obvious to the person that cleaned the unit. It also did not have hardly any amenities such as dish washing soap, hand soap, shampoo, cutting board, sponges, etc. - it was pretty bare bones compared to other places we have stayed. There are no pictures on the walls, just animal heads, everywhere, so it did not have a very homey feel to it. Additionally, there is no place to set your suitcases, so you have to just set them on the floor. No big deal, but a luggage valet would be nice. The thing that bothered us most was the two security cameras directly above the hot tub. It was kind of creepy, and made the hot tub virtually unusable. We understand the need for outdoor security cameras, but not directly above the hot tub.For the price, we would’ve expected more. It was OK, but not great. We would not stay there again.

We had to climb up and take the smoke detector down to remove the battery to keep it from chirping.
It was not easy to get to the smoke detector and we had to climb on furniture to get there.
The kitchen trashcan was broken, the maintenance people should have noticed this and fixed it.

Great place

Enjoyed our stay place with super clean. Was not far from town They are multiple cabins near this one. It does have a Very steep driveway and parking Can be difficult. But we had a great time and enjoyed it.

Great Stay with Friends

We had a wonderful weekend stay with friends for a Marriage Retreat. The property is in a great location and has a great layout with all of the bedrooms being Master Suites. We would love to stay in this property or in another one of the owner's properties next year for our retreat.

Peaceful Getaway

A family getaway in Gatlinburg that was enjoyed by all! Close to most activities & not far from Pigeon Forge. A nice place to rest in between stuff, cook dinner & catch up while laughing about the days events. Thank you for your place to connect with family in a clean, safe environment.

Home away from home

Outstanding property, very cozy and the beds are to die for after a long day shopping so very comfortable, the home is conveniently located to excellent eating places. Short drive to Piegon Forge. Kitchen has lots of dishes. I would stay here again in the future.

Beautiful cabin near downtown

Had a great visit. 4 bedrooms exactly the same with king beds separate tub and separate showers for each bathroom. Small living room kitchen area. Spacious basement area with hot tub on porch. Love the decorations including all the taxidermy animals.

Slight issue with property but owner rectified immediately. House was clean and as advertised, only few miles from major attractions. Grocery store and other food in walking distance. Would stay again and recommend.

We absolutely love staying here! This is our go to Cabin when staying in Gatlinburg! The road to the cabin is super shorts and not curvy. Renee is always an amazing host! Our hot tub cover was damaged in a storm and she came and fixed it herself! Absolutely had an amazing week here!

Cabin was spacious plenty of room . Windows where dirty Dust all over the ceiling fans , tv , and animal mounts The parking was terrible and the view was nothing like the advertisement. Our view was the side of another cabin and back of a restaurant.

Great Cabin! Will be back!

Easy check-in process and clear communication from property owner. Cabin was clean upon arrival and just as expected! We had a crew of 6 kids aging 3-9 yrs old. Everyone loved the video arcade, access to washer and dryer, and location of property. Not in middle of town, but close enough to still walk to several restaurants and the trolley stop!! We had several sightings of “route bears” which was so fun to see!!! We will definitely be back!

We Loved It!

This cabin is exactly as described. We had a weekend couples trip. Each couple had the exact same room which was perfect. The location is super convenient to anything you may need on your stay. The only thing we needed to buy was food. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. It's not far off the main road so 4-wheel drive isn't required. We will definitely look forward to staying here on our next Gatlinburg trip.

This is the one!

Perfect location! We loved the proximity to town and also the peacefulness of not being on the main road. We were able to take the trolley (stop right at bottom of hill) to downtown in a matter of minutes, we walked to breakfast each morning at the Pancake House 😋 🥞 and Dollywood is about 10 miles away. The home is decorated nicely, the bedrooms are all spacious and the beds are super comfy. We loved sitting on the porches in the rockers and catching up. Would definitely recommend this home for your next trip.

Family Girls Trip

Family Girls Trip! This cabin was amazing!! Very nice and clean! Stocked with everything needed to enjoy the mountains for a weekend. Bedrooms were huge and identical = no fighting over who gets the best room! Communication with the owners was A+. Parking was scary at 1st, had to get use to the steep slope. We are already planning to return! Only down fall— we saw no bears! Lol Maybe next time! I encourage you to all go ahead and book this property- you won’t be disappointed!

Wedding stay

Our niece was getting married and needed a place for us and our adult children and their spouses. Had a minor cleanliness issue of couple showers but house keeping was prompt in response. Main issue is parking with 4 master suites and 4 couple coming from different locations it was very tight and challenging but we adapted and over came Once inside it was a perfect resting spot for us. Very greatful for this place. I am trying not to let my overall feelings of Gatlinburg blur my response of the accommodations. It was close to everything g but yet not in the craziness of down town area

The cabin was nice, the hot tub was low on water and needs to be cleaned, but we still used it. The only problem I had , was that we had 9 people for a full week and accumulated a lot of garbage I called housekeeping number about geting it emptied out, bit didn't get a response . We had to do some serious cramming of garbage when we left. I would still recommend this place It was convenient to the trolley and some good restaurants at the bottom of the hill. We had a great time.
