Bonjour nous avions dĂ©jĂ  louĂ© cet appartement il y a 2 ans .des travaux decrenovation ont Ă©tĂ© fait a l'Ă©tage...parquet rĂ©novation sdb ....l'appart est agrĂ©able terrasse donnant sur parc...tranquillitĂ©. petite terrasse devant apprĂ©ciable aussi . Équipement suffisant gd frigo avec congĂ©lateur micro-ondes four plaques etc ... place de parking prĂ©vue mais ds la rue il yva de la place . L 'escalier qui va a Ă©tage un peu raide attention si enfants petits . Personnel de agence tres pro , competants , aimables et rĂ©actifs (ves) Appartement situĂ© a deux pas du centre et commerces ...pas loin des plages onbs tout fait a pied nickel

Les plus : la localisation, juste à 2 pas de l hyper centre et de la plage. La place de parking privée . Quartier sympa avec le cÎté jardin au calme. Petit plus : un tapis de douche pour la salle de bain et une bouilloire dans la cuisine sinon tout est top.

Le Logement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, proche de toutes les commoditĂ©s. Le prix est correct. Il est dommage que la mezzanine ne soit pas ouverte car les enfants sont obligĂ©s de dormir dans le mĂȘme lit dans la 2 eme chambre. Les plaques de cuisson Ă©lectrique fonctionnent mais sont d’un ancien temps.

RĂ©sidence trĂšs agrĂ©able mĂȘme si elle est vieillissante. TrĂšs au calme pour se reposer mais parfaitement situĂ©e pour profiter du cƓur de ville et des plages! Grand jardin commun Ă  la rĂ©sidence idĂ©al pour les enfants !
