On the ground floor you will find a large open room with lounge / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a queen bed (160x200cm). Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms: 1 queen bed + 2 single beds, a bathroom, an office area and a cinema area with 3D video projector + home cinema 5. 1.
A terrace of 60m2 arranged for the beautiful days (living room 6 persons + barbecue + parasol and deckchairs). The fenced yard will allow you to let your pets romp freely without worrying.

Amazing place!

My family and pups stayed here. The house had all the necessities, was so close to the beach that I could walk my dogs there, and it was so quiet and peaceful. Everyone there was also friendly and the nature was fantastic! The owner was also really nice.

Wunderbar

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die kurze Nähe zum Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen, übrigens mit Hunden super Spaziergänge möglich. Gute Lage um Tagesausflüge zu machen.

Tolles Haus 50m vom Strand entfernt

Wir hatten wunderschöne 2 Wochen im toll ausgestatteten Haus mit voll umzäunter Terasse vorne und einem voll umzäunten Garten nach hinten. Unser Hund hatte slso die freie Wahl und das Auzo stand auch sicher hinter dem Zaun. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit zwei Kühlschränken, Geschirrspüler und Induktionsherd sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner! Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind bei Befarf kostenlos vorhanden, ein Fernseher mit Internetverbindung und Satellitenantenne ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Sollte irgendwo etwas fehlen, ist Martine immer kurzfristig erreichbar! Wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr im selben Haus gebucht! Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub und biz zum nächsten Jahr!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, sehr gepflegt, strandnah. Super mit Hund! Gartenliegen, zweiter Kühlschrank, moderne Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts, sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Einzige Schwäche: langsames Wlan Wir, Familie mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden, haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt!! Jederzeit wieder:-)

Perfekt!

Perfekt! Ich bin mit zwei Hunden verreist, Garten komplett eingezäunt, Näpfe, Spielzeug und Betten für die Hunde vorhanden. Tolle, gehobene Ausstattung mit Heimkino, Waschmaschine/Trockner, Kamin, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und tolle Gastgeberin. Lage optimal ruhig und in 2 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Sehr schön!

Alles war perfekt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns herzlich begrüßt. Für unsere Hunde stand bei der Ankunft schon Wasser bereit und auch schöne Liegeplätze waren vorbereitet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Auch die Lage ist wunderbar. Der Strand ist nur ca. 50 m vom Haus entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Ferien

Merci beaucoup pour tous!!! Wir haben eine wundervolle Auszeit genossen. Das Meer 50m entfernt und somit direkt vor der Tür, das Haus bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die bei Fragen direkt geantwortet hat... Die Begrüssung war sehr herzlich und für meine Hunde stand bereits Wasser parat und ein Liegeplatz. Kurzum alles war wunderbar und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Location agréable,très bien située.

Très bon accueil de Martine . Maison au calme, agréable,propre, bien equipée (literie au top), fonctionnelle et très proche de la mer. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir aller sur la grande plage de St Germain à pied, en 5mn. Martine accueille les animaux ce qui est précieux de nos jours. Elle est très concilliante. Seul petit bémol, le jardin est un peu petit et sans trop d'intimité.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Traumurlaub

Wir waren zum zweiten mal bei Martine. Es war alles wieder perfekt. Martine hat uns freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Wir wollten nächstes Jahr wieder hin, aber leider ist es belegt. Aber auch dafür hat Martine eine Lösung gehabt. Sie gibt uns ein anders Haus im selben Ort. Diese Frau ist einfach perfekt. Agréable maison située proche de la mer

Maison agréable, nous avons apprécié pouvoir prendre notre chien avec jardin clos. Je conseillerais de mettre une crêpière :) et quelques jeux pour des enfants. Martine est très gentille. Coin calme avec accès à la plage facile et proche.

Sejour apprécié.bord de mer, maison propre et bien.équipée. Proprietaire acceuillante, corbeille de petits gâteaux de la région, feu de cheminée à l'arrivée. pres des parcs à huitres..mais voiture indispensable pour les courses.

L’accueil avec Martine était très agréable.

L.endroit est très agréable et très propre. Nous avions une petite corbeille avec des biscuits de la région. Martine nous avait fait un joli sapin décoré. Rien à dire. A part que nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Je vous recommande cette adresse ou je mettrai 5 étoiles sur 5 . Nous avions du bois pour la cheminée. C’était très chouette. A côté de la plage.

Maison très bien placée, spacieuse et très agreable

Conforme à l annonce cette maison à tout pour faire passer un très agréable séjour. Agencement pratique, meubles et décoration qui nous font sentir comme à la maison. La literie vraiment excellente et le calme du quartier nous ont permis dépasser des super nuits. Environnement très beau, belles balades sans prendre la voiture, et une proprietaire adorable. Nous y retournerons !

Rundum sorglos

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es ist außerordentlich hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was für einen tollen Aufenthalt gebraucht wird. Es gibt sehr viel Platz, vollständiges deutsches Fernsehangebot, überragend guten kostenlosen WLAN-Empfang und alles, die Küchenausstattung eingeschlossen, ist technisch sehr hochwertig. Auch für die Gartennutzung ist gesorgt, der Garten ist liebevoll gestaltet und es gibt Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und auch für ein Barbecue ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Martine ist sehr freundlich und steht für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch und es sind wirklich nur 50 m zum Meer; im Garten kann man die Wellen hören. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.
