About this property
BEAUTIFUL T2 -54 M2 air conditioned in a quiet residence. Secure parking, WiFi access
perfect apartment for a couple, solo traveler, business travelers. The apartment is non-smoking, but the large balcony is available. The advantage of this T2 is to be located in a very quiet area on the 4th and last floor with elevator, not overlooked, overlooking a park, 15 minutes from the city of TOULON and the train station. With all the shops on foot, restaurants, boat trips, theaters, the Provencal market, the MAYOL stadium (RCT) nearby. The beaches are very close as well as the maritime, railway and bus stations. You can park your vehicle in the free secure car park with badge access. The apartment is fully available. Linens and towels are not provided. You have a washing machine and a roof terrace of 40 M2 for drying. (A deposit of 1000 € is requested and will be returned at the end of the stay if everything is OK. When handing over the keys). I remain available and attentive to my vacationers.

Un séjour formidable....
Ces trois semaines de vacances à Toulon dans l'appartement de Mme Cholley ont été vraiment formidables. L'accueil tout d'abord a été des plus chaleureux et amical. L'appartement, très bien situé dans un quartier agréable non loin du centre-ville (accessible à pieds ou mieux grâce à un réseau de bus très développé et efficace - arrêt non loin de l'immeuble), est très confortable, calme (balcon donnant sur un grand parc public arboré), d'une propreté irréprochable, disposant de tout le confort moderne (dont internet...) et aménagé avec vraiment beaucoup de goût. De plus, une place de parking privative évite les problèmes de stationnement et une grande surface E. Leclerc à proximité permet de faire ses courses à pieds ! Que demander de plus ? En résumé, l'appartement et Toulon plus généralement sont idéalement situés pour passer un séjour merveilleux dans la région entre villes et villages (Toulon, Hyères, Marseille, Nice, St-Tropez, le Castellet....), mer (les calanques, toute la côte d'azur, les îles Porquerolles, Port-Cros...) et montagne (Mont-Faron, Haut-Var....).
