Prepare to relax as you enter your new home-away-from-home in the beautiful Sea Pines Resort. This recently renovated residence provides comfort and convenience with upscale decor and furnishings. Head outside to sip your morning coffee and lounge in privacy on the back deck overlooking the pool and lagoon. Go for a refreshing swim or relax with a soak in the hot tub. Prepare delicious meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen or on the poolside bbq. Dine at the breakfast bar, dining table, or al fresco on the deck or pool patio.



-- THE LOCATION --

The home is centrally located in Sea Pines near the ocean within a 5 min bike ride of the Beach Club.  It is equidistant to both South Beach and Harbour Town.  Simply hop on the bike path at the end of the driveway and make the short 10-minute ride to South Beach where you can grab a bite to eat at the renowned Salty Dog Cafe.  Head the other direction for a 10-minute ride to Harbour Town and all it has to offer!



-- KEY RESIDENCE FEATURES --

* 5 min bike ride to beach, Sea Pines Bike Trail crosses driveway, Private Seasonally Heated Pool and Spa, Coded Keyless Entry, Access to Sea Pines Amenities.

* 1 Dog less than 50 lbs or 2 dogs less than 20 lbs each allowed with payment of pet fee which is $200/stay and will be billed separately after booking is confirmed. Exceptions may be considered, so please inquire directly about your pup situation if not within guidelines. 

* No puppies less than 1 yr old, or dogs of the following breeds or mixes: German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Chow, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Akita, Rhodesian Ridgeback.

* No charge to heat the pool and spa Mid March to Mid November - saves $600-$1000/week.  Heat is typically not available for other dates, so please inquire.

* 4 night minimum stay typically required. Weekly Summer rentals (Sat to Sat). Contact for monthly snowbird rates Nov-Feb.

* One car pass is paid at the time of your reservation. Additional Sea Pines car passes are confirmed prior to arrival and charged at $21/week per car.
