OUR FOUR HOMES HAVE MONTHLY WINTER RATES
Our large pool gets full sun from early morning throughout the day, and overlooks the second green of Atlantic Dunes just yards beyond.
500 yards to the beach makes it an easy walk. The location is 4 minutes to the beach path, on the very quiet and beautiful Live Oak Road that has little traffic being a no through road.
The living /dining room, downstairs Master bedroom, and the 3 upstairs bedrooms are all located on this side of the house, facing south & overlooking the pool and golf course.
Each bedroom, plus the 3 separate living areas have TVs and Blue Rays, for a total of 7. And of course internet.
The entryway is lined with bookshelves, and has an open stairway ahead with a dramatic two story window overlooking the pool, patio, golf course and green beyond.
The living room has 3 walls of windows and doors, sofas and chairs offer comfortable seating, the dining room table seats 8 with ease, this area leads into a spacious kitchen, with patio doors, counter seating, breakfast table & chairs, plus sitting area.
The second stair case leads from kitchen seating area directly up to a second living room where we have a TV, blue ray & card table, with plenty of additional seating.
The large laundry room, set up with washer, two dryers, sink, ironing board & iron is directly off of this room.
The largest bedroom upstairs, with bathroom en suite has a queen size bed, and a comfortable full size sofa/bed.
The other bedrooms, consist of the Flip Flop room two twin beds and the end bedroom has a queen sized bed that shares a bathroom with the twin bedroom. As well the normal air conditioning system in these three bedrooms, we added Mitsubishi mini split units also, this allows guests in each room, to individually control their choice of temperature.
The large master bedroom located on the ground floor, has a whirlpool tub and large separate shower, it leads directly out to the pool through glass patio doors.
The pool, sun drenched throughout the day, runs the length of the house, with a spacious patio, chaise lounges, umbrella with table and chairs, & Weber gas grill.
The lawn has a roofed trellis with hammock and Adirondack chairs overlooking the green & fairway beyond.
We are also pet friendly by arrangement, dogs only that are at least one year of age, with no size restriction. A fence encompasses the entire pool and patio which includes a generous grassy area for doggy convenience, allowing your canine family member to join you, without worry. This fence does not compromise the view, but allows freedom for our visiting doggy guests & convenience for their owners. Our pet fee is $225.00 for each dog and the maximum is two.
This property has easy access through the Ocean Gate, the Plantation & Beach Club are half a mile further on.
We work directly with our guests to ensure that they have a very comfortable stay in our homes. We are available to guests twenty four hours a day.

For those who like to bike ride, we have arrangements with Riding Tigers Bike Rentals to obtain discounted pricing on bike rentals for our guests. Simply call them and ask for the discount. They offer free delivery and pickup also.

We have busy active lives, and relax by spending time with our dogs and playing a round of golf. Most enjoyed times when we can jump in the car with the dogs and get away to enjoy doing this is Sea Pines.We love Sea Pines and own 3 other homes there as well. HomeAway 239212 & 7263910 are also on Live Oak Road and 371621, 11 Baynard Park Road. All are 4 bedroom homes and we allow dogs with no size limits.
Why they chose this property
The first house we purchased in Sea Pines is on North Live Oak, we love the location. When we decided to purchase another home, we had the opportunity to buy this one, right across the street on the South side.
We loved the feel of this house the moment we walked through the front doors. The entry with the bookcases and dramatic window behind the main stair case, and the living room with windows and doors on three sides, was so bright and cheerful. Outside the pool welcomed and golfers were putting on the second green of the Ocean course immediately opposite.

What makes this property unique
We chose this quiet, wide open street named Live Oak Road, because we love a view from our house and lots of sun. We did not wish to be on a beach path where trees shaded many pools, and because of such close proximity to the beach path, often giving little or no privacy as people often pass by.
We decided 3-4 minutes extra walk to the beach, was well worth having a home on this very private No Through Road, that ends at the far end of the driving range at the beautifully renovated Plantation Club.
We own four homes in Sea Pines, each one is very special to us. We have improved and decorated this home, like the others, in a way that we would if we lived in it full time ourselves. We want our guests to have a wonderful & memorable Sea Pines holiday with our house playing a large & special role in that experience. We like nothing more than to have our guests return on a regular basis, assured they will have a well maintained, clean and comfortable home.
