Gîte / loft of 125m2 in a half-timbered house, attached garage.
Located on the 1st floor, completely independent from the private area.
Two large bedrooms with a 140cm bed and one 90cm for each.
For one or two couples or a large family
Around the kitchen with central island: dining room, living room, Italian bathroom, toilet, terrace.
At your disposal :
- Household appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fan oven, fridge / freezer, induction hob, television, vacuum cleaner.

- 1 hectare park, a mowed area is reserved for you. (1/2 hectare) with swing and climbing rope ladder. The other 1/2 hectare in spaced and undeveloped mowing, so that small critters and other butterflies can frolic at will, is also at your disposal.

NIGHT WATCHES AND LIGHTING.
The night lighting, between the cottage and the outdoor space in the park, has been designed so that our holidaymakers can have carefree evenings and so that the children can play in peace.
Indeed, this lighting is under their control in order to ensure a total night continuity between these places of life so that they feel in full safety.

AREA
- Located in a very small valley typical of the Pays de Cocagne in Lauragais.
- Dominated by the village of Teyssode to the north and a wood of 37 ha to the south.
- Housing in dispersed housing: we are alone, peaceful and calm.
- Only birds animate our sound space.
- Saint Paul-Cap-de-Joux at 4km with all the shops for your shopping.

TO DISCOVER on the day
Ideally located for visiting four sites that we recommend: two urban and two natural.
All tourist documentation is provided at the gîte.
1- Toulouse 50mn to Balma-Gramont metro station with dedicated parking.
2- Albi 45 minutes to the free Bondidou car park at the foot of the Sainte Cécile cathedral.
3- The Sidobre at 40mm, unique site in Europe: granite chaos, trembling rocks or piled up in the forest.
4- The Rigole de la Montagne Noire, 40 minutes away, feeds the Canal du Midi: cycling or on foot.

ACTIVITIES nearby (time given by car).
1- Golf des Étangs de Fiac 5 minutes away.
2- Aquaval complex (nautical games) at the medieval town of Lautrec (Most beautiful Villages of France) 25 mins + picnic table available
3- The Roman route Lavaur / Puylaurens on foot or VTC at 5mm.
4- Treetop Cree from Tarzan to Puylaurens 15 mins.
5- Aubépine-Quad-81, hikes (mini buggy, electric bike,…) Puylaurens 15 minutes away.
6- River diligence the Miredames in Castres at 25 minutes.
7- For fishermen with fishing license: carpodrome de la cahuzière in Damiatte. No-Kill fishing course. Relaxation place and picnic table 10 minutes away.
