PRIVATE ESTATE- 1 ACRE Beachfront Tropical Paradise - where the Jungle meets the Ocean. Property is known as the “Secret Garden” as it is not easily seen from beach or road.
Private fenced bungalow with covered patio that can sleep 2 or 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. Pillowtop queen bed, 1 or 2 twin beds can be added. Ensuite bathroom with hot water, Complete kitchen, air conditioning, wardrobe, and fiber optic WIFI.
Separate structure has two side by side private suites, each with private entrance and private bathroom. Each suite accommodates 2 guests and has air-conditioning, queen size pillow top bed, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with hot water shower.
Fiber optic WIFI throughout property. Covered, secure parking for your vehicle.
Property is shaded with mature trees and plants. Abundant wildlife: Iguanas, mot mot birds and many other bird species to view on the property. Surrounded by a 9 ft brick wall with 60 coconut tree grove, your privacy and security are assured.
Beautiful, large POOL with deep end, and pool toys, Tiki bar, hammocks, gigantic outdoor living areas, outdoor kitchen with BBQ. All are shaded and waiting for you.
Property is shaded with mature giant trees and plants. Abundant wildlife: Iguanas, mot mot birds, wild turkeys and many other bird species to view on property.
Excellent SURF BREAK in front of property. Prime PARAGLIDING spot directly behind property, 2 minutes by car up to mountain. This is a magical place, there is nothing like it in Canoa or anywhere else in Ecuador.

Canoa Oasis is a beautiful property in Canoa in a peaceful, garden setting. Carole and Jeffrey went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable. Love the beach access, accommodations, and friendly people.

My husband and I have lived on the property. We fell in love with the pictures on-line. We came and checked it out and bought it in 2017. We have lived here ever since. Our entire is from the beach to the road. It is over an acre. It’s a great space for family and friends. We have a maximum capacity up for eight people. Most of our property is outdoors. It’s like living in the jungle being right on the ocean with an amazing pool. You open the door and you are on the beach. We also have 2 ramadas on the beach for your use.
Why they chose this property
We are Directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in Ecuador. Canoa is one of the few white sand beaches and the longest beach in Ecuador. Canoa is known for his excellent surfing for beginner and intermediate surfers. And of course boogie boarding and paddleboarding, body surfing and swimming. The ocean floor is very level and there are no riptides. The ocean is usually quite warm. There are many beautiful shells to collect and also pre-Colombian pottery that washes up from the Chone River which are hundreds if not thousands of years old.
The property is gorgeous and it was the first residential home to be built on this stretch of the beach. It has the most mature trees and foliage of any other property in Canoa. The location is perfect. We are 1.3 km from the main part of Canoa, about a 10 minute walk or a one minute car ride. So you can enjoy all of the bars and restaurants, shops and party music of Canoa, and then come back to your own private oasis, where all you hear is the ocean surf and the birds.
Oh, and everybody loves Buster. He is the most famous dog in Canoa. He will be your personal dog while you’re here. He loves men, women, children and babies. He is polite and friendly.. Many children draw pictures of Buster in our guest book!
