The apartment has a living room with a comfortable space as well as a separate sleeping area to preserve the privacy where you will find a cozy queen size bed (large double bed 160 * 200). Its bathroom, as for it is ideally optimized and displays pure lines for a combination of luxury and comfort.

Complement renovated in 2018 with new and quality materials, The apartment has all the necessary equipment for your comfort (air conditioning hot / cold, wifi internet, dishwasher, washing machine, towel dryer, dishes etc ...) . The living room has a beautiful natural exposed stone wall and an optimized lighting work has been done to compensate for the lack of natural light in the apartment.

The apartment is located in the golden triangle of Ajaccio 20 meters from the market, 3 minutes walk from the beach, 3 minutes walk from the museum Fesch, 5 minutes walk from the ferry and bus station etc. etc., you can not be more central!

The apartment is renovated with quality materials, we favor a clientele respectful of the property of others. The apartment will be clean on arrival and must be in the same state when you leave

Location is very central but few steps from the beach

Nice apartment, new, well equipped, in the heart of Ajaccio.Marc is very accurate owner and very helpful in many quiestions .Highly recommended

appart très bien situé.trop peu de vaisselle.pas de four. pas de cuvette ou seau.pas d'aspirateur.forfait ménage imposé.dommage! nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré ces quelques manquements.
